Addressed my request immediately. When I requested a room change they immediately switched me to a large suite with much less damp air and had great view at no additional charge. Breakfast was great.

I think booking.com should have a better corporation with the hotel. Because I was charged higher than normal due to the multiple conversion process. I expect that charge should have been don through booking.com and in my local currency. This made the checking process a bit intimidating and humiliating causing me to speed more than budgeted.
