Basic equipment but totally worth the price (considering prices in Dakar). Clean place, friendly personnel, no problem with anything. The separate payment for electricity is no scam, just be midfull about using the AC or water heater and you are likely not to pay anything extra. Comfortable stay.

Location was very close to the centre, and easy to get to the airport. You have everything you need in the area.
