This is our second time staying at Swissotal Al Maqam. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We just loved the breakfast, specially my mom. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to Haram and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the city with an elderly family member.
