We like the vibe of new renovated reception and lobby, it looks classy now unlike before that it is dark and feels like you are in a museum though missing the old looks having the vintage cars and other pieces in the lobby. The entrance now is very bright. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and their kitchen is well-maintained.

I checked in 7:00 PM, little late then the check in time but still receptionist behavior was very good he tried to give good hospitality offer us a cold water and fresh napkins.

I should admit that the staff was one of the best staff ever seen in Saudi , very helpful, trying their best to overcome the other bad things the Hotel have , I would mention Miss Asmaa, she tried to call and follow up for each note or feedback .

Being an industrial area you'd expect the place to be less active, but a visit to Al Fanateer area and the beach would make it worthy..
Many shopping malls to visit, the weather is hot and humid in summer being majorly coastal area, but pleasant in winter.

Fanateer beach and nearby areas are very clean and good for visiting. The views of the industrial city at night are really mesmerizing. Overall the city is silent at night with less activity except at the Fanateer area, where you can find everything from beaches to corniche to mall and restaurants and hotels. Cleanliness is very good in this area.

It was a pleasant trip, I enjoyed visiting my friend's family, the hotel was excellent and the reception staff at the top of the class and attention, especially the Young Sudanese Nizar, although I apologized to the hotel for not attending, their treatment was very professional.
Anyone who wants to visit Jubail city has been recommended to book in The First Tower for its proximity to services and entertainment venues.

Al Jubail exceeded our expectations, especially the Jubail...
Al Jubail exceeded our expectations, especially the Jubail industrial city. There are many places to visit, different kind of waterfronts which was amazing and well maintained.
Many shops were closed in the streets, even though it mentioned it was opened on Google maps.
The distance from Jubail old town to the industrial city is around 20 mins, which was fine by me, but if you want to avoid that book a hotel within the industrial city.
The lack of experience of resident allocation gave me a very bad stay .
The hotel allocated a families with many kids right next to me and the non stop crying was a nightmare.
I report the room phone devise which was not working three times with no response and i had to use my mobile for all front desk calls.
I got a late check out (thanks to mr tariq) however the receptionist kept calling me multiple times 4 hours ahead of check out time.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jubail. Within a minute of walk you will have access to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants outside hotel (Traditional Asian Food options, Juices and Broast etc). We were 3 families and all enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Jubail City is one of the best cities I visited in Saudi Arabia. The streets are well organized and clean. The beaches are well planned to receive families with their children in Safe.
The hotel is located in a quiet area and is considered one of the best in Jubail.
I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are expecting a clean and cozzy environment.

The hotel is just opposite the Fanatheer beach. Very accessible to the beach and restaurants around. It includes buffet breakfast also.The front desk staff are very accommodating to us. Job well done and highly recommended.
The hotel is nice and has its own beach, with wide green spaces but it needs more attention and arrangement.
In general, the hotel and the rooms are clean and sanitized. the location is very nice and quiet.
