Peaceful, well maintained city. The traffic is very regularized. People drive with a sense of responsibility. Neat and clean all around. Just the water needs to be kept clean as the stagnant water gives out bad odour

I loved walking on the Corniche of Dammam and Khobar. It was is a very peaceful and there are very less crowds.
crescent beach and Island are also very good places to visit.
there are lots of options for fine dining and cafes.
However it was definitely Hot during the day. but when compared with other places of KSA. it was not that HOT.

We enjoyed Ithra, allow 2-3 hours at least. Uber drivers were great. On time and careful drivers. We ate in a great buffet dinner at a restaurant next to the Heritage Village but I can't find the name. The food was very fresh and the staff was kind and attentive. It was next to another restaurant that had a bowling alley in it. The Heritage Village was closed, even thought the web site said it was open (always have a plan B in KSA). In the morning before we caught the train back to Riyadh, we had a great Uber driver that was from Khobar who knew where to take us. We ate breakfast on the Khobar Cornish, saw some beautiful mosques and other buildings and drove around a round about with a beautiful design of running horses. My companion raises and shows horses so this was special to her.

Beaches are nice. Much nice if provided more toilet/bath complexes near the beach. it was a big queue to get a clean shower.

Driving around was so easy.
Beware of parking. I got a parking ticket from private company called TAKI. I asked them if i could pay by SADAD and they said no. Only option is to come to their office in dammam and pay direct. Luckily we did not exit the city and returned back and paid them. When i asked where did i violate? They said come after 3 days and you will find. I still wonder where did i park wrong.

The days we stayed in Dammam are one of the hottest temperatures. Unfortunately, we cannot be outdoors and most of the time, we stayed in the hotel, which we enjoyed. Maybe next time we will visit around October/November/December
We stayed at five hotels in four different regions of KSA. This hotel has been the best we encountered on the trip! Location in easy reach from DMM airport. Car park in front of the building. Friendly, experienced receptionists with truly fluent English and immediately great touch. Efficient house keeping knowing the needs of the international traveler, ready to serve. Quiet room, good bedding, good sleep. Desk with chair. Electric kettle. Supermarkets across the street. Reliable laundry at less than 4 minutes walk, perfectly English speaking.
* Reception was extremely friendly and accommodating always smiling and happy to help.
* The manager (Abu saif) called to welcome us and to provided coffee, tea and dates. It was a very friendly gesture to the guests loved it.
* Room was very quite and comfortable.
*Location was great alot of restaurants within a few minutes drive, laundry and massage places.
* New furniture and a very well maintained hotel.
Very nice, comfortable and very quiet hotel located in the best area of Dammam. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate us during our stay. They were also very respectful of our room choice. The view from our spacious and well equipped room was also nice. The rooftop pool is wonderful. It’s definitely our place of reference to stay in Dammam, I would repeat!
Nice, clean, well maintained, comfortable, cheap, hotel. Very close to all required services such as restaurants, cafes, car services, and mosque. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Manager Mr. Hassan Alzahrani is very decent, cooperative and polite. I recommend this hotel for students and people who want to perform a job in Dammam peacefully with only basic hotel requirements.
We love the hotel lobby decor. Room is quiet, spacious and clean. Bathroom too. Wifi is strong. Staffs are helpful. They also helped us to arrange for transportation for our early departure to airport. Many shops and cafe around the area. The Souk is around 30 mins walk away.
We ordered Ala carte breakfast and portions were generous.
I went there with my car from Qatar to Dammam. The Saudi man with spects at the reception was so generous. I was doing check out for taking flight from Damman to jeddah for Umrah, guy immediately offered me to park my car at his hotel for free and told me about the parking fee outside, Even without any booking further to that date.
The staff were really helpful with organizing a PCR test for me to travel to Bahrain. Special thanks should go out to Shatha, the owner of the hotel as she was integral in getting those results back to me and also spoke the best English out of the staff at the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again when I come back to Dammam.
Breakfast at the hotel was great with a lot of variety. Couches and the bed were very comfortable. Location is amazing and close to multiple hypermarkets, shopping areas, and the Dammam Corniche. Reception staff were very respectful and supportive. Would recommend for someone looking for a relaxing stay.
First of all this is not the 3* hotel this is an apartment and also not clean we enter the room was bad smell and bathroom not clean and not safe also very bad experience nothing in the toilet, there is no bath towel, shampoo, no water nothing, waste of money. Night time switching off the WiFi.
The location is good for those working in Dammam 2nd Industrial City since it's within that area. It's near the highway for easy access and it's about 20-30 minutes away from Khobar. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with all the needed facilities.

The price was reasonable and the location was situated nearby West Avenue Mall and several Restaurants. Parking was readily available. The fridge was big enough, bigger than most hotels provide. Room and living room size is fine.
