Very friendly and helpful & operative host: we meet right after the reservation and she gave me the keys.
So, the apartment is relatively recently renovated: open kitchen with appliances (washing machine, oven, iron), balcony view, one smaller bedroom, one regular bedroom and living room, all rooms with TV's, apartment heating plant - so we could make the temperature how we fancy (one toddler) over night.
All in all, the apartment was not perfect clean (spotless), but clean overall, I would rate it 9,5 out of 10 let's say.
It's near Lidl (the only one in the city), so if this is important for you, keep it in mind.

Hello, as I already wrote you on both, messages on 29th of September 2023, and via email, on 30th of September 2023, the property was not available at all. when I called him on 27th, he told me that the property is not anymore on Booking, thus not available. In spite the fact that I payed in advance, I was forced to find, at very short notice, accommodation for 4 adults. You are urged to return my money, to delete this property from your books and to apologize.

I was impressed that all schools and colleges from the city were renewed. The city is cleaner than many other big cities. The city and its people are deserving more outside investments for a better and dynamic economical life/situation.
