Perfect location. Spectacular view. Very well equipped for a short OR long stay. Antonio is a very welcoming host, quick to respond to questions, and really cares that guests enjoy the visit. Sesimbra is a magical place, especially in the off-season when the beaches are quieter. We loved hiking to the castle and Arrabida park, wandering the town, very good restaurants, and daily beach walks. Street parking is easy.

A super location, good beaches, the sea front fish restaurants are overpriced, but quality is good , look further back from the seafront for more reasonable pricing. Go see the castle, excellent views, go to Setubal and Cabo Espichel. Wine farms nearby too.

This is an amazing town with clear water beaches. You can find restaurants with great fresh fish. Sometimes it can be a bit windy though. It is close to Lisbon so you can do other things if the weather is under.

Excellent in every aspect. Breakfast and dinner beyond expectation. Frontdesk and other personnel very well trained and sympathetic. Worth spending several days there. Fabio, from the lounge and his young team até happy to prepare your favourite drinks.
Outside and very near there is a small restaurant that is specialized in fish food and shells. Also, worth a visit.

Sesimbra is a sympathetic village by the ocean. It is beautifully situated and has golden yellow beaches Virtually no international mass tourism and I like that. In and around the village many good restaurants and a visit to the castle is definitely worthwhile. If you come by car there are plenty of excursion possibilities.

It is s beautiful place, there is not many international tourists, it's mostly local tourists, the beach is amazing. There is a lot to see both nature wise and museums. It's definitely not a party city, but the people are so friendly and the service is great 🥰
Very comfortable small house fully equipped with everything you need including a terrace and a small garden. The contact was very nice and everything we needed was provided within a short timeframe. The house is very nice decorated and equipped and perfect for a family to stay. We really enjoyed our last 5 nights in Portugal in this house. Note: The house is directly next to a street but this is no problem during night as the sleeping rooms are on the back. In addition there is a gate which is closed so the kids can play in the garden safely.
We really enjoyed Our stay at the hotel we Had A absolute Beautiful view from the balcony Of The Forest Floor and slept listening to the Waves crashing Into The Beach, the staff was very friendly and I even enjoyed the ride with the elevator to go up to our floor and see the View passing by through the glass panel, the breakfast was also very good I could have stayed there and eaten all day there was absolutely almost everything you can think of we will surely be coming back to Sesimbra
Sesimbra is a beautiful resort with great views from the Hotel do Mar. We went in low season and it was not very busy. Hotel could do with a refurbishment or at least some painting. Breakfast was just ok...
On the day we arrived you could not get your room until 4pm. We arrived at 2pm in the hope our room would be ready. Most hotels would try to facilitate you but it was disappointing that they would not consider it especially when there were so few guests in the hotel.
Stayed for a week in June. Had a room with a balcony over looking pool. Room was big and roomy, beautifully decorated. Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast is amazing, lots of options. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing really Instagram-worthy. It's all very clean Perfect for Family or couples. Free taxi service to and from the town is great. I heard they are getting a spa there soon, ill definitely be returning when this opens.
This was simply the best location
of our vacation in Portugal. Cris, the host went out of her way to be sure that we had a wonderful visit, Including meeting us and taking us to the property. The apartment itself has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. I would most definitely recommend this to family, friends or anyone looking for a reasonably priced but exceptional apartment with four bedrooms.
The location overlooks the sesimbra area so it is quieter than being in the heart of town. Parking can be had on the street, or for a fee in a nearby garage.
Carlos was fantastic. He helped with everything from parking to finding a place to eat and wash clothes, told us the secret way to get to the beach, and acted more like a friend than a landlord
Wonderful location! A short stroll puts you on the beach or one of the many great restaurants in Sesimbra. The appartment was immaculately clean, comfortable sleeping and living areas with a small kitchen and clothes washer. Internet was plenty fast for work. Staff was prompt with e-mail responses making the no contact check-in and out worry free.
The location of the apartment is up at an elevation making it quiet, scenic and beautiful. You can walk down some steps to the street and then walk 10 minutes to the village. The village of Sesimbra is a truly authentic traditional Portuguese fishing village. Everything is there for your holiday enjoyment - the best fish restaurants in the world!
The room was perfect and it was very easy to do the check in! We spent just one night but it was very comfortable in a really quite area! The room was big, with a nice tv-relax space. There was also the possibility to make a coffee. The room was near the beach, 10 minutes by foot to reach the main street of Sesimbra.
Ana and João gave us a very warm welcome. We enjoyed a relaxing family vacation on the veranda, in the garden and in the pool. The house has every facility available. The location is quiet and only a 15 min drive to Arrábida beaches, Sesimbra. And 45 min drive to visit Lisabon. Top spot for a vacation in Portugal.

The Hotel was very good; excellent service during breakfast. When we asked for mayonnaise or a banana at breakfast, the breakfast staff fixed it right away. The day after they set our (favorite) table at the window with pool-view and they placed the mayonnaise at our table without having to ask for it.
Superb hotel with a fantastic location, clean and modern roomy rooms with amazing views. Super comfy bed. The spa was the best I've experienced, with a steam room that actually hits a good temperature unlike the tepid attempts made by most spa hotels. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was clean and confortable, but the overall Hotel needs repair em several areas. SPA, most of it, is not working, Toils system is poor, you have to go to the reception to request. Sauna Broken, floor durty, shower broken. Breakfast was good. organized and a fair offer of tastes
