The hotel overall did not disappoint. The location, room size, comfort and amazing balcony view of the Sintra valley was perfect in making our stay memorable. Staff were courteous, efficient and well informed. We lost a hat on a taxi ride and they went out of their way to try and track it down and return it to us. This was above the usual level one might expect. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety of options for all tastes. The location was great - close to the train, buses, taxis and restaurants. It was an easy walk into the historic centre and tourist area downtown. We had an excellent experience and would recommend this hotel to others looking for good basic accommodations close to everything in Sintra.

Great location. It’s a little on the older side, smelled slightly musty but very clean overall. The view from the balcony was great! Plenty of restaurants in a shopping area right next to the hotel. Short 5 minute walk to get to the beach.
