The staff excellent led by Tanya, the noise of the wooden floor albeit lovely was very noisy.... our main huge problem was another family resident,came in 1.15 am and decided to continue their evening until 4am loud music/mobile use , children running up and down the corridor, twice I had to get up and ask them to reduce the noise etc but they failed to do so .they took over the kitchen/dining rm and enjoyed a self made buffet.i spoke with Tanya the manager on duty who was very sympathetic and would speak to the owner who would then make a decision and get back to me,I'm still awaiting,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unfortunately which is very sad , Helen Nelson.

This hotel is stunning. Clean and well cared for, the staff clearly care about the hotel and it's reputation. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I would recommend Octant Lousa to any and all travellers. Wow.
