We really enjoyed our stay in this pretty little apartment, so close to the beach. It was very peaceful with the sound of the sea lulling us to sleep at night. Anna was quick to answer our messages and easy to communicate with.

Great location to town and marina, very nice balcony. Rooftop was clean and never to busy. Pool had a nice view. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic. Decor and style of hotel was very well done.

Burgau is a small fishing village on the Algarve, about an hour from Faro airport.
It is quite unspoilt and has a great beach bar, several good restaurants and a couple of good bars.
The coastal walk from the village to Luz is amazing, and access to other places of interest easy by car.

Butgau is a quiet, friendly little village. Great beach good surfing, lots of restaurants and speaking English was never a problem. No noisy night life or bar scenes for those that like that. Could not find any bus day trips as you would get in a bigger centre. Lots of great walking trails along the cliffs above the ocean. Generally a great little village.

Burgau is a very quaint village that is gradually expanding. The beach is beautiful and a nice size, also very clean. The people of Burgau are friendly,helpful and warm hearted. There are various restaurants, supermarkets, tourist shops. The place we stayed at was walking distance to the beach in Burgau, baker,restaurants and other shops. It had a pool which was very clean, surrounded in a beautiful garden. We had a bbq and outdoor sitting area.

This is one of the best places we stayed on our trip to the Algarve region. The staff is outstanding. Try the evening meals they are fantastic; well presented and very delicious, served by a fabulous host. We are returning as soon as we can !

Everything was ready for our arrival, spotless and the hosts very careful and polite.
This is the right place in Burgau, also the location is very nice and quiet neighbourhood. My favourite stay in Algarve.

Burgau is a nice small Village, with enough shops and restaurants and the beach is calm enough to have a safe swim.
Its great to have everything you need in this village, so you don't need a car every day or night.
View of beach, town and sunset wonderful. Check in easy. Nice to have a full appartment with kitchen and separate bedroom. Fancy towel warmer rack and mirror defogger in bathroom, first time we had those on our trip. Comfortable supplys for 2. Pool wind protected. Nice village to walk around the small streets. Beach clean and not crowded but was preseason and too cold. Street parking available preseason.
Very clean. Nice towels and even beachtowels. Coffee, water and wine when you arrive:) I was a bit cold the first night. They brought me extra blankets the next day. Rui and his wife are very kind and generous. 10 min walk to Burgau and the beach. I love the little outside terras you have at the room. Burgau is a lovely little town with a few small shops/supermarkets and cute places to eat.
A lovely hotel with super friendly staff . Its in a great location to enjoy the town and varied restaurants and cafes and also the beach but still be just a little way out for maximum peace. They are obviously so proud of their area and they host lots of lectures and trips so local knowledge is excellent. Very quiet and restful , just what we needed on our cycle tour .

The house is big with good areas and it is very well equipped with all that's needed for a great stay. Everything was very clean and well cared.

Lyndsay, the host, could not be more kind and made me feel right at home at her guesthouse. The place is beautifully decorated, sparkly clean, rooms are very comfortable, and Lyndsay has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome. Burgau is an adorable little beachside town and perfect homebase for exploring the Algarve area.

View is great looking over town and beach. Easy walking distance to anything in town. Breakfasts were marvelous and follow covid protocals diligently. Very clean property. Desk person(Joao) offered to come on his motorcycle to lead us to the hotel parking.
Location is perfect with unbelievable views, we loved taking hikes along the cliffs, watching sunrise and sunsets, and exploring near by villages. Jana the manager was an awesome host. Absolutely fantastic family vacation!
Apartment was beautiful. Coffee shop right around the corner. So was the best restaurant in town, so was the best tapas bar. Beach was small and inviting and allowed dogs, giving it a nice family type atmosphere.
Modern house, clean and very well equipped. It is also located closed by the city center and beaches. The city of Burgau is recommended place to enjoy the authentic parts of Algarve. We recommend !
