We really enjoyed our stay in this pretty little apartment, so close to the beach. It was very peaceful with the sound of the sea lulling us to sleep at night. Anna was quick to answer our messages and easy to communicate with.

Close enough to the action but far enough away, I also felt secluded. 3-5 Euros for Uber to Old Towne. 5 mins walking too beautiful beach and 10-15 min walk to trails that lead too beaches and rock formations that will blow you away! The pool and bar area was also a vibe with great service!!!! The value for this hotel is amazing!!!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by courteous and professional staff who made our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom, and even had a little private balcony with lawn chairs. We also really appreciated the doors that prevented any sunlight in the morning.
The rooms were cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff with the beds being made and clean towels were provided.
Finally, the breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of options and a great way for us to start our days before heading out.

Burgau is a small fishing village on the Algarve, about an hour from Faro airport.
It is quite unspoilt and has a great beach bar, several good restaurants and a couple of good bars.
The coastal walk from the village to Luz is amazing, and access to other places of interest easy by car.

Butgau is a quiet, friendly little village. Great beach good surfing, lots of restaurants and speaking English was never a problem. No noisy night life or bar scenes for those that like that. Could not find any bus day trips as you would get in a bigger centre. Lots of great walking trails along the cliffs above the ocean. Generally a great little village.

Burgau is a very quaint village that is gradually expanding. The beach is beautiful and a nice size, also very clean. The people of Burgau are friendly,helpful and warm hearted. There are various restaurants, supermarkets, tourist shops. The place we stayed at was walking distance to the beach in Burgau, baker,restaurants and other shops. It had a pool which was very clean, surrounded in a beautiful garden. We had a bbq and outdoor sitting area.

This is one of the best places we stayed on our trip to the Algarve region. The staff is outstanding. Try the evening meals they are fantastic; well presented and very delicious, served by a fabulous host. We are returning as soon as we can !

Burgau is a nice small Village, with enough shops and restaurants and the beach is calm enough to have a safe swim.
Its great to have everything you need in this village, so you don't need a car every day or night.
Rebeca and André were the perfect hosts, easy check in, communication was excellent and their apartment was beautiful. We have been to Burgau many times so we knew the area already. Rebeca and André were so helpful, and communicative from before we arrived till out check out. We were also allowed to check out later due to our flight being in the afternoon which was gratefully appreciated. All in all, Rebeca and André are perfect hosts and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!
There are no words to explain how wonderful our stay was. We are a young couple that traveled to Burgau and we heard about this Hotel through friends' recommendation.
Although we were already expecting very pleasant staff, our expectations were exceeded. Everyone was lovely, warming and exceptionally helpful, in particular Mrs. Conceição.
Breakfast was also very good and complete and our room was very clean and with a wonderful view to the beach.
We will definitely come back!
We like everything about this place. The experience was truly amazing. Surrounding by nature with an unbelievable view over the ocean, inside you have everything you need and all was super clean. We were there during all kinds of weather - windy, rainy, and sunny. Enjoyed it all. The host is super friendly, I could only recommend this place. Also, there are beautiful hikes around.
Building and apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, secure. Decorated nicely. Kitchen was fully equipped, double sinks in bath along with nice size shower. Balcony was enjoyable with table/chairs. Nice to have a washing machine as well. Great location and easily walkable to restaurants/beach. Property managers were very responsive and friendly.

Lyndsay, the host, could not be more kind and made me feel right at home at her guesthouse. The place is beautifully decorated, sparkly clean, rooms are very comfortable, and Lyndsay has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome. Burgau is an adorable little beachside town and perfect homebase for exploring the Algarve area.
Lourdes was an excellent host. Flexible and there to greet us and say goodbye. The swimming pool was great with plenty of sun loungers. Handy location, easily walkable into Burgau with lovely restaurants and a great beach. Would be a fantastic property for 2 families travelling together to hire the whole.

Very close to the beach. Nice little town out of the hustle and bustle but close to everything we wanted to visit. The kitchen was quite large and well stocked but. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Easy to walk to the beach and resteraunts. Great Value.
Casa Lua was located within short walking distance to Burgau. The place was clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully. The hostess was very welcoming and nice, and we got a lot of good tips and had some nice conversations.
