The situation was absolutely amazing, with clear views out to sea from all the apartments. The apartments themselves were large, with everything you could need for your stay. The bathroom was high spec and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Towels and robes were lovely and soft. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Sometimes the photos on booking make the place look better than it actually is, with this place it's absolutely the other way around. The pictures don't do this place justice, it is one amazing location and an amazing room with everything you want. It felt like a little paradise just for us and we almost didn't want to leave the nest! The staff were amazing as well.

One of the coolest places we've ever stayed! The location in itself is magical, and the bungalows give you the modern comfort you need, in great style and architecture. The host is very kind, explaining all there is to visit around the area. Nice basket of local goodies is included, as well as kayaks and bicycles to further explore the Lagoa das Sete Cidades.

We loved our stay at Villa Varzea! It was absolutely beautiful and idyllic. The location was great for exploring the west side of the island. The amenities were wonderful and we were very comfortable.

Just perfect. The host welcomed us late at night and gave us some good tips. He also left us a bag of fruit, cereal, cheese, milk and a bottle of wine. The property is in an amazing location, facing the lake, clean and equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend,
