The breakfast was good, but would have liked a bit of variety over my stay. The location was not central to Bydgoszcz and was not even central to the railway station which itself is some distance from the town. Most people would take a taxi to get to the hotel, but it can be walked from the town centre to the railway station and then to the hotel in about 1 hour, each stage taking about 30 minutes. The entrance to the hotel is at the back of an industrial complex and the lighting at night is not good and the ground surface is rough.

There's a very nice little inner garden. A breakfast was cooked for us considering our preferences. The parking is very close to the reception and getting to a room was a quick and easy route. The hotel is relatively small and wasn't crowded.

Bydgoszcz is a gem. It's got charm without pretension. The city's philharmonic hall presents top-notch concerts and boasts outstanding acoustics. Opera Nova also can be counted on for first-rate productions. The city has a good many cafes, pubs, and restaurants, a small but charming Old Town, excellent museums, and friendly citizens.

Great variety of restaurants, good cinema, shopping centre and excellent activities for both kids and adults. The city of Bydgoszcz has a massive potential of being great, but the constant roadworks made traveling difficult.

It's a sizable city in Pomerania region.
It's a sizable city in Pomerania region. Very developed musical life. Music Academy, excellent Filharmonic Hall and Opera. Very green, clean and it is easy to get by on foot , and by short 10 min rides on buses and trams. Good connections to the Baltic Coast Gdansk and historic Torun and Poznan. Up to 2hrs by train. Lots of history to discover about region and Middle Europe history past and present.

Great public transport system. The bus from the airport only cost 3 zloty 75 grozny, which is less than 80p, the cheapest direct airport to city link I've ever come across. The architecture is interesting and varied. The Tourist Information Centre in the main square is wonderful, well equipped with maps and guides to the city. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The app on my phone with my boarding pass stopped working and the staff very kindly allowed me to print off the boarding pass, even giving me a Polly Pocket to protect it. The flights to and from London Luton Airport were both only £15!

Bydgoszcz is not somewhere to go for a big holiday but there are things to do for a few days and it's not as bad as people in Poland say at all!! Actually it's pretty. Public transport is great. Go around old town, to Myslencinek and to the canal
The location of the hotel is brilliant. A straight 20 minute walk from the train station and right at the heart of the most pretty parts of the city. Breakfast selection was really good with hot and cold options. They even suggested that you take a prepared sandwich to go which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helped us to pronounce some basic Polish phrases. The hotel is in a beautiful old building, so if you appreciate character and are not looking for a sterile, generic hotel chain, I fully recommend this hotel.
compares very well with the other top rated Hotels in the city, I usually stay in another hotel but fancied a change this time round and price was the tipping point. Breakfast was excellent, room was spacious and comfortable and very well decorated, very nice shower, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, closer to the train train station than the other hotels mentioned and 10mins walk to airport bus,5mins to square.
Location was perfect for transport and distance to a busy city center.Tram was just outside with 3/4 short stops away from lively city yet it was located next to a quiet beautiful park. The hotel is in older part of the city but it felt safe. 5 minutes walk is a large shopping center where everything you need is there. Will definitely stay there again.

With free parking available in front of the apartment and the city center, a short walk away, Apartamenty Grunwaldzkie was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights. We found the accommodation to be spacious, clean, comfortable, and importantly for us, it was quiet. We happily recommend Apartamenty Grunwaldzkie to anyone needing a place to stay when visiting Bydgoszcz.
The room was very clean and warm with all facilities working correctly. The location was very good with several tram routes passing the hotel and direct links to the city centre and coach and train stations. I cannot comment on the breakfast as the bed was so comfy that I never managed to get up in time to sample it.
Delicious restaurant! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was separated from a corridor by additional door which keeps a room quiet. Dog-friendly place (we paid additionally 50 zł for 2 dogs). Good place to stay if you travel by car (big parking lot and 7min to the city center by car)
The room lighting was superbly done, creating a cozy ambiance. The mattress was incredibly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And the bathroom was simply beautfiul. Also, it was great to see that the hotel provides basic higiene assets in case someone forgot it.

Good location. City downtown can be reached by tram or by walking (in about 20 minutes). Clean and well accommodated apartment. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Underground garage was a plus.
