Great location, and very clean... The couple that manages the place are very nice and helpful. She helped with scooter rental, and tricycle for check out. They provide great food recommendations and are very diligent to help you.

- good location with many good restaurants nearby
- owners are very responsive and welcoming (max, the cute dog is a huge plus)
- clean and big room , with AC not facing your head(problem i found in many ph hotels)
- owner arranged me a motorbike , trycicle back to the port , all very quick and hassle free
