1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language...
1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.

We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish.
Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

Al seeb has a new Mall, The Mall of Muscat, with the Oman Aquarium inside. Also has a Souq with many shops for furniture, garments and gold jewerly. I´t is a nice location if you don´t want the rush of Muscat. You can even have a relaxing beach walk or go to any of the cafes around the Wave Marina
Breakfast is simple but fills you up. Coffee could be better.
Room is okay. You can have either view to the town or seaside. Take seaside although it is a little bit more expensive. You have morning sun and no traffic from the street!!!!
Pool is on top floor with great view on the sea. Not very busy so there is no service there!!
Hotel is in Seed, which is 20 km away from Muttrah (the old town). Without car I would not stay there.
Staff was so co operative for my budget also freindly neat clean ac good condition only food we need to order from talabath but it's very simple and budget freindly they provided all crockery finally I feel good General Manager she is very helpful in knowledge transfer of muscat visiting places rent a car food 👍. Even to perform prayers prayers halls are neat clean and spacious

We used it as a 2 night stay before and after Dimanyiat island trip then headed off to the desert. It is ideally placed for Al Mouq marina for the trips, this is also a good place to find good at night and reasonably priced.
There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel with good food.
All the hotel staff warmly welcomed us and attended to our every need. Additionally, they organized two days of local sightseeing with a guide.
The airport pickup and drop-off were arranged seamlessly.
The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mart with ATM facilities, and there are restaurants within walking distance.

named Moumen, The service provided by Moumen was exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and always had a warm smile on his face.
The rooms were comfortable, spacious and neat. The housekeeping came and cleaned the room when needed. Easy reach to the reception. Location of the hotel is perfect for tourists as a mall is very close by. Anybody loves shopping and a relaxed stay can opt for the hotel.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Standard room was quite big and clean. Overall impression was good. Bed is big and comfortable.
Location could be better, but we were looking for not expensive hotel around the airport, so Alsahwa Hotel was good option for us.
1. Improved costumer service since last stay. 2. Newly hired gym staff to oversee gym and pool. 3. Complimentary BF is great. 4. Check-out time extended for free. 5. Location just 5 mins walk to Seeb beach, the beach is well maintained by the government.
Everything about the hotel is close to perfection. The rooms were spacious, the bed was awesome, and the bathroom was great. The restaurant was awesome ( I mean the taste of food). Staff awesome. Everything awesome. My family loved 😍 it.
Property with great potential: spacious interior, nice neighbourhood with new buildings, lots of shops and coffee shops, free parking lot... (By the way, coffee shops don't sell coffee in Oman, but mostly meat-based food;)
This is the best hotel for the money we had in three weeks in Oman. Convenient to the airport, with good food options nearby if you have a car. Good shower and toilet. Would stay here again.
