OK hotel but the location is rather isolated from shops, restaurants etc. We found several things in our room that needed attention as to maintenance. The parking was a plus and the wifi worked well. Staff didn't seem to be very welcoming. I would most likely not stay here again.

Last minute booking due to unplanned stay before crossing to UK turned into very pleasant night in Zoetermeer. Hotel staff made us feel very welcome, they were very helpful and professional. Hotel is clean, rooms spacious, well equipped, situated in very quiet location, easy to reach by car, has underground parking and accepts pets.

We use it as a base to see an annual concert in the town. The amenities are good and the bar/restaurant that we use always remembers us for the last visit a year ago and could not be nore welcoming.
My 5 days staying were delightful. The bed is really comfortable. the staff is very friendly. We were on a road trip to visit Netherlands, so the hotel location was convenient and central. They have electric charging spots inside the parking. The hotel is pet friendly, they gave treats and a pet toy to my dog. The breakfast was fabulous!
Hotel is situated in the outer part of Zoetermeer. However, a tram station adjacent to the hotel makes for easy access to the center. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff were most friendly and helpful.
Would be our hotel of choice on a return to Zoetermeer.
I like friendliness of staff at the reception. I even prefer, that the hotel got a underground parking with an excess to the elevator to the lobby. Also it got a restaurant to have a quick dinner at the evening. Important for me was, that room and facilities was rather clean.
A perfectly fine hotel with most everything available, for us it was a very good location in regards to public transport. The room was a little smaller than I had expected but not a problem in the end. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Everything was functional.
The breakfast was great. A large selection of foods to please everyone. You can even order custom cooked eggs or an omelette.
The restaurant was very accommodating. They opened an hour early so that they could accommodate the guests’
concert schedule.
Perfect localization in Zoetermeer. Good kitchen, wash machine, television with Netflix, internet connection, nice fridge, very close to good restaurants, shops, barbers and small lake. Free parking close to location
For me all and all a good location. I was there for family visits. They life nearby, on walking distance. Center is nearby. Hotel is fine and provided all my needs. Free patking at and arround the hotel.
Owner was very accommodating, went out and beyond her way getting me to and from public transportation points. As I traveled without own transportation, and was unfamiliar with Zoetermeer's streetscape.
All aspects of my stay at the hotel met my expectations. Every member of the staff was kind and polite. I also didn't have any problems with finding a parking space which was really helpful.
Lovely hotel in a quiet area close to a park but within walking distance of the town centre. Great room , comfortable bed and good facilities. Such a terrible shame it's closing down
Great place to meet up with some old friends but also The Hague and Scheveningen can be easily reached because the hotel sits right next to the train track
Super room with view. The host is really nice and friendly, she gave us tips and booked a restaurant table for us. Huge terasse and room, modern bathroom.
