A beautiful old building, with an attached restaurant with good Dutch food. Very cordial staff, nice elevator to get to the upper floors. Big rom overlooking a beautiful canal.

We've now stayed here twice. The area is quiet and well located between Amsterdam and Gouda, both with excellent cycle routes from Noorden. Utrecht and Haarlem are both a short drive away and worth a visit. The village has a well equipped local store, although they didn't take credit cards when we were there, neither did the local bar, but paying with cash wasn't a problem.
We liked the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions.
The restaurant impressed us with its high-end ambiance and quality food.
The dishes we tried were delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent.
We appreciated the availability of seasonal cuisine during our visit.
The room was very spacious, with a comfortable living room area and a large bed.
