We had a lovely stay in this beautiful accommodation which has been very tastefully restored. The rooms are lovely and there is a very spacious common area with a small kitchen where you can make tea or coffee and a fridge with wine and minerals and snacks available (these you pay for). I sat on the balcony in the morning enjoying the view out over the vineyards. There is an emphasis on sustainability which we also appreciated.
Fletcher Parkstad (Kerkrade- Heerlen- Aken) is situated a short drive from the german and belgian borders. The Parkstad Limburg Stadion of the Roda JC Kerkrade soccer team is located next door.

Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops around. There was even a bowling/billiard/arcade place for some entertainment. Hotel is located beside a football stadium. There was no game when I was there, but maybe noise or too many people could be a problem on game days. Hotel is located near the Autobahn exit, so getting to the hotel is very easy. Breakfast was basic. The hotel operates its own restaurant, but I did not eat there. For an overnight stay while on business trip, hotel is ok.

The location of what feels like an old-fashioned family hotel is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Beautiful location, with a great view over the hills and woods. We got a room on the highest floor as a free upgrade (thanks!). Very good beds. The breakfast and dinner were a solid performance, good food and nothing too complicated, good wine selection. Young staff are very eager and spontaneous (a bit a contrast with the person we suspected of being the owner). Overall a really nice place to stay in this wonderful area.
A very nice little hotel, with a great breakfast! Close to many great attractions, like the 3 land point. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
We liked the view, the design of the room, the breakfest, the staff, the area. It was very quiet. There is an excellent restaurant 30 minutes walk in the forrest (Hijgend Hert) with great food and atmposhpere.
