Location is great: right around a corner from the Dom. The hotel is super chic, an old building with cherished antiques inside, yet modern. The room was really spacious and stylish and cozy, liked it very much, there was a tea kettle and a coffee maker. Beds are comfy. Breakfast might not be that rich and varied (there is an option list you have to fill the day before), but everything is fresh and delicious!
The bell tower plays nice little songs every hour, but why in the name of God it keeps on working at night?😅 Luckily the hotel provides ear plugs (they were laying on the bedside tables), that saved my sleep, so million thanks for that!

Excellent hotel with great off road parking, in a very convenient and nice location. The hotel was very clean, with great facilities and superb friendly staff. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent value.
When entering the hotel, it gave me the feeling that it might be a bit dated while it turns out all of its faciliaties in the room work perfect and in very good shape!
We have stayed in Deluxe room for 3 nights. The bath tub is very good; a lot of space in the bathroom and in the room; fast internet; free parking; friendly staffs; comfortable beds and blankets
We were celebrating but didn't have much time so opted for a suite with a private sauna and jaccuzi etc which was a nice option to make the most of our stay (though it did come with some bizzare decoration to help people pretend they're somewhere other than Houten...)
The hotel looks a little bit old, but it is still very nice. Good restaurant for the dinner. Very friendly staff. View to the large city is very intriguing and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
a very nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was big, on 15 th floor. For breakfast there was a large choice. parking no problem, a possibility to load an e car right next to the hotel
it is a really cute tiny house and has all that you need. we were even able to rent bikes for the weekend which is the best way to get around Houten and Utrecht.
Hotel was fine, including reception, staff in the dining room. The quality of the food during dinner was really outstanding, this was van de Valk at their best.
