People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

Within walking distance to Mydin supermarket & local restaurants. Calm, quiet and secure apartment with restricted entry. Good value for money for a family visit. Ethan was very helpful with reservations, key collection & was on call for any assistance !!

All was ok except TV was not working and technician took forever to arrive and finally was change to another room. Breakfast was late and had to keep chasing several times. Breakfast arrive half an hour late
I had a pleasant stay here. It could be better to have signs as to where the elevator is located to get to the third floor, for folks checking in the first time.
As for breakfast at Charcoal, do have more cereal choices than just cornflakes and coco crunch for a five-star hotel.
The staff at the reception, house-keeping, and maintenance were excellent in every way

It was close (about 10 mins by taxi) to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Waterpark, and lots of eateries and costs alot less than staying at a Sunway hotel. The view out of the window is pretty, especially at night when you can see the lights of Sunway. It is great if you need to do something at Taylor's University which is a few minutes walk down the road. There is also a convenience store on site.
It is very convenient location for food as it is part of Empire Mall. Hotel room is clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful front desk staff. It is about 20 minutes to Subang Airport. It is worth for money to stay at this hotel.

Hotel very near the subang airport. Very recommended if looking for a cheap accommodation stay overnight for next day flight at subang. Hotel location is easy to find. And it's surrounding a lot of shops and eateries, very convenient.
The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate.. the room n Jacuzzi was clean, they also allow out side decoration for me to celebrate my husband birthday.. The hotel smell very nice like its name "LAVENDER"
Stay for 2night. Hotel all good but have small cockroaches at the kitchen area. Room is clean. Very near to the damen mall, just opposite the lobby area. Valet parking also good. Just park near lobby
