good historical town. very laid back. plenty of good food to...
good historical town. very laid back. plenty of good food to sample and eat. but like all smaller town, you need to be more relaxed and take life at a more slower pace. Do do some research on some of the sites of some historical significance, such a birdge builded by the british but was blown up by them to prevent the Japanese invasion during the Second World War.

Segamat is a small town but a busy one.
Segamat is a small town but a busy one. The people there are nice but you have to be extra vigilant when driving around town because there are a lot of treacherous roads and it's easy for you to miss any intersection that you want to take in the first place. Just drive slowly and safely and ignore those who honked you as long as you drive safely and abide the rules accordingly.

Not much that i Can say because on Saturday most Of The shops are closed for Us To visit. But it was a good stay there. My stay only 3D2N and not much i Can explore there since i have a short Of time.

One peaceful small town for family business with all conveniences. Used to be the origin branch for the Malaysia infamous textile seller JAKEL. They claimed 'Durian Segamat' also one of the best durian in Malaysia.
cleanliness, warm, pleasant, helpful staff (reception,cleaner).
Needs improvement in the bathroom. When bathing, water flows out easily into toilet area as the floor area of the bathroom is not raised.
The area for brushing teeth /washing hands etc. a small towel should be provided so that guests can dry up the area.
I noticed the hotel is better overall compared to my previous stays (last one was in Nov 2022).
Rooms are clean, smell nice and everything is working.
Location is v good, close to food and shops.
Nice clean reception and well staffed.
Hotel staff is responsive and helpful. First impression can be improved by greeting guests.
Like the location. Opposite the hotel have a dinning mama shop. Selling delicious food like Satay and Muslim food.
They even cooked Chinese seafood rice because we don't take spicy food.
There is also a supermarket nearby.
Morning there is a roti canai coffee shop for breakfast.
Decent hotel with enough amenities for comfortable stay. Very poor wifi in my room. Room is clean. Towel. mattress cover and duvet cover had their days and need to change as the color is more like 'dirty white' then white. Otherwise close to shops and eateries.
Staff was ok..but very disappointing to find out there was WiFi facility but not mentioned when I checked in , only at 9pm , on my own initiative called the front office to ask if any wifi available ..First hotel i stayed without a phone to call front office.
Google does not show the right place. Maybe could do something when you pinned the location. Location shows that the hotel is a little bit further from Hotel Neo Pegasus. When i reached there, there is no Orange hotel. So i had to turn back about 1km.
Overall a very comfortable, clean, and well maintained hotel.
Bathroom was good, clean, strong water pressure and outlet that doesn't get clogged.
Easy check in and out with free parking within the hotel compound.
A real hotel in Segamat.
I have been cheated by Booking.com and OYO Hotel. I expected Booking.com to be a good and reliable app, but the OYO Hotel I pre-booked was closed. The front door is locked, and the hotel appears to be abandoned, not as depicted on the app.
The location of the hotel was ok, not quite in the middle of town, but not too far away.
The room I stayed in was small, but clean. The shower pressure was decent, which is all you want, really.
For the price, a good hotel.
The unit is spacious enough to accommodate 5 of us.
The swimming pool is also an attraction that I wouldn't miss as it is huge and there is a roof so we didn't suffer the heat from the sun.
We had the suite room which has a sofa and a king bed. Comfy for travelling for 5. The hotel was just refurbished with new layout, paint and furniture. Good value for money
Easy to find, attractive rate. The family room which is exceptional in size comes with a spacious bath. Amenities is very basic as per other budget hotel.
