You can hear your neughbors at times. Not sure if sea water had jelly fish or not please inform us better each day. Some busy food kiosks like egg bkfst or peak times. Swimming pool is ok but a bit small.

We had an amazing time, and we will be going back for another weeklong stay next summer. The staff were very accommodating - Mr. Jamal was very hands on to address any requests in relation to the hotel stay, Mr. Fikri offered our daughter a lovely experience with the aquatic fauna in addition to preparing the most delicious cocktails for us, the entire team in the restaurant was very attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to assist.

5-6 days would be a nice relaxing holiday. You get to visit different places each day and go back to the hotel, relaxing in the pool with bar service. One of the highlights is Mangrove tour, you get to go round the Mangrove and out to other islands with clear water, watch the eagles and snorkeling. Skycab is a must, went up to the top, can see beautiful islands and the whole Langkawi.

Great staying at Geopark Hotel for 4 nights, so we were able to do all activities on different days and rest in between.
Grab taxis cheap to go to other areas around island, or out for dinner as there isn't much choice of eating areas after 7:30pm in the amusement park as everything closes.

Great place,I loved zip lining next to the waterfall, you can also do horse riding at the beach and jungle.The cable cars give you great views of the place and they go high up in the mountains, where you see both the waterfall and the Andaman sea
I have been to countless number of hotels around the world, this is the best hotel/resort I have ever been to.
Everything was exceptional, the staff seemed like they’re enjoying their time, smiles all around and they treat you with extreme level of respect. Food at The Beach was unbelievable, the breakfast at Langkawi Kitchen was exceptional. On top of all the that, the cleanliness of the room was superb.
I usually have at least 1 constructive feedback on a hotel I visit, I have absolutely nothing to say here.
It's hard to describe everything in details but I can say that our stay in the Danna was a complete perfection from the very first welcome "massage", yes MASSAGE, to the final words from the staff "wish to see you again".
I can tell the architecture and design is an absolute masterpiece of art. The verandas, the pool, the restaurant, every tiny detail designed in a way that makes you completely feel in luxurious vintage times.
The hotel itself must be one of Langkawi's tourist attraction destinations.
The Danna review
After having spent a few action packed days in Singapore The Danna, Langkawi was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. All the staff were so helpful and very efficient. We had booked bed and breakfast and had our evening meals in the hotel. Our favourite was the Terrace in the Italian restaurant. Great happy hour with the band in the bar before dinner and the band were still playing after. A lovely way to spend an evening. Again the bar staff were so good
We loved Api Api Resort! Nestled amidst a mangrove forest, you’ll find cute and very comfortable huts, a nice swimming pool and plenty of cozy spots and hammocks to relax. The breakfast was very nice with several options to choose from (incl vegetarian). Recommend to rent a scooter (the friendly staff will help you) so that you can drive around the island and explore all the beauty it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi!
Exceptional elegant charm with wonderful staff and incredible food - attention to detail - little touches like ice cold towels for all guests even when hotel was really full - nothing was too much trouble . Very nice rooms whether you are in the water front or between the trees. The Thai restaurant makes very good food and has spectacular views from all tables. Large and very nice pool. Beach is private and very nice.
