Difficult to give a detailed review as we arrived at the start of Ramadan which lasted a month
Most of the stalls and restaurants were closed as were the beach activities
Minimarket and duty free shops open
Daddy's cafe on coral beach was by far the best place for Western food and cocktails
The hotels mainly offered limited choices but mainly catered or Chinese and malays
Not too many people about apart from groups of indians and Chinese, a bit noisy at times so avoid.
Overall beaches were pretty deserted.
A few plastic bottles and rubbish washed up during the day but beaches were swept up each day
Cheap and easy to get around by taxi or motorbike
No public transport

Like the nature, serenity, wildlife, interior and architectural design. The buffet was good but the Chinese restaurant had been overrated. The Chinese cuisine was average. There wasn't any delicate fresh seafood which would be great to have on such a beautiful private island. In addition, you can't swim due to jelly fish. However, this wasn't a big issue as there was a pool right by the beach

An island with beautiful beaches which still maintains its nature. Not too commercialized and limited no of cars on the island reduces the pollution, giving you clean, fresh air.
Since the island is declared as free duty zone, overnight visitors have the option to shop for duty free items especially imported chocolate at a cheaper price than the mainland.
The island is also famous for dried anchovies (ikan bilis mata biru) which is most sought by Malaysians

Horrible, they charged me for an extra bed, which was the sofa in the room, they put cover sheet and pillow, around 65% of my reservation.
A bad waste water smell was always in the area in the garden villas, I feel like living in sewage factory, not in a hotel.
Beach is fine it just need to make a little walk from the property, would be better if can be access from the hotel undeneath the hotel make an access.Room need refurbish the carpet and the living room sofa and chairs outside the balcony.
If the room windows can be refurbish and make it lower so we can have a better view from the room.
Wardrobe room is a waste of space and should be turn to another room since the room chargers are high.
So family can join together.
In my opinion best place to stay in Pangkor. Loved the location, next to most beautiful beach on the island, coral beach. Plenty options to eat around. Loved the pool for the kids. The room is not that new anymore, but still ok. It was very clean. Cleaning service also very good every day, also nice breakfast. We loved the place.
The guesthouse is located in SPK a fishing village on the island. Be aware you’ll be surrounded by local fishermen and that the party is on the other side of the island. You can rent scooters from the host tho.
The rooms are very clean, with AC, and there is a cute common area upstairs with hammocks.
Full of privacy, quiet and feel very relaxing. It's the right place to those who living busy life style, especially the owner who guide us , it's was our first visit to this island and he really give us a lot of information to help plan the jurney more easy. I strongly recommend.

This is my last minute planning so the only rooma and hotel only left at Pangkor. But room is big but don't have lift. And just stayed for 1 nights, its okay new building. Bed mattress comfy. Just not soundproof can hear people talking.
