2. **Misleading Directions and Location Hell:** The provided address led my ride-hailing driver astray, leaving me to navigate rain-soaked streets for 27 minutes with a heavy suitcase. Google Maps proved equally useless, compounding my frustration.
3. **Maintenance Nightmare:** Essential amenities like the washing machine were non-functional, and the maintenance staff's negligence left the area in disarray. I nearly slipped multiple times on the wet floor due to their carelessness.
4. **Hygiene Hazards:** The bathroom was a cesspool, with a flooding floor drain posing health risks and discomfort.
5. **Inconvenient Kitchen Setup:** The absence of a power point near the kitchen sink made simple tasks needlessly cumbersome.
6. **Communication Coercion:** Despite my preference to communicate via phone for security reasons, the establishment refused to oblige, insisting on using WhatsApp. This disregard for guest preferences further eroded my trust in their professionalism.

Nusajaya is a relaxing place to have a good life or holidays. Just few km away from the city, it offers so many cafes, restaurant & other great facilities for us. Just a small place with great & beautiful environment.

The apartment itself was clean and there were clean towels...
The apartment itself was clean and there were clean towels and bed linen. There we 2 bathrooms but the second one was very ordinary.
The main bath connected to the master and huge wardrobe/dressing area was spacious with a bath. There were plenty of racks and space to hang wet towels and swimmers. The best feature in my opinion.
The dining table was set - that was a nice touch. For a family of 4 with 2 young children it was very good.
The building itself was a bit dated and old but the apartment was satisfactory.
Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. Getting a grab seemed to be only possible at the apartment lobby and not anywhere else in that area. Overall great stay.

Nusajaya will be a great neighbourhood if you want peaceful and get relax. Nusajaya isn't as busy as JB yet it has so many facilities and attractions. Puteri Harbour, Eco Botanic & Sunway BigBox might be the best places to chill! These place also has so many upcoming event. Very recommended

Mall of Medini - has a 24-hour supermarket that is super convenient for travelers to shop for essentials.
We used Grab to travel from the Residences to other locations; we didn't have to wait too long before the car arrived. Awesome!

Decent food options at Medini Mall.
Decent food options at Medini Mall. Otherwise, Grab food will have you all sorted out and delivered in 30 minutes.
Managed to travel to Restaurant Tasixi for dim sum breakfast and spent the rest of the day at Midvalley. Travelling easily via Grabtaxi and was relatively affordable. Sunway Bigbox is also nearby.
Room - My kids love it. They were so excited to complete the treasure hunt inside the room. The bed and pillow was so comfy.
Breakfast - Good spread of breakfast from local to western cuisines. The management did a good job to comply the SOP especially on sitting distance among the guests.
Location - Not from from Johor Bahru city centre
Theme park - Waterpark was closed to curb COVID 19.
Hopefully all the theme parks will resume open this year.
Very good value for money. Much better than booking Legoland hotel, which is 3 times the price.
Wifi worked well. Apartment was decent sized and clean.
Walking distance from Mall of Medini which has great supermarket, play area for kids and a few eateries.
Parking at Level 5 seemed pretty safe. Security guard was helpful.
The host Khimz was excellent and provided prompt responses, updates and assistance.
Would highly recommend for a Legoland trip.
Nearby Legoland and Mall of Medini. Convenient by car. Love the service by owner. Easily and readily available via WhatsApp with clear instructions on how to check-in and check-out.
2 queen beds + sofa bed + baby cot & guess what? We found 2 foldable foam single size mattress in the wardrobe too! My whole family could sleep in a room while my parents slept in the other. We were all very satisfied with the service and facilities.
Breakfast was ok, there was enough food with some variety, i.e. main meals, pastries, salad, cereals, juice, tea/coffee, etc.
The pool was sufficient and there is a basic gym.
The apartment was spacious with two rooms, a living room, a kitchen and two toilets.
The location was great, only a short walk to Legoland through the Medini Mall.
The room was comfortable, well maintained and the staff absolutely amazing.
However, the hotel is located in a ghost town. Empty buildings, nobody stays there.
Empty hotel, we were no more than 10 persons on that Saturday night.
I would recommend to book a hotel in another area. Maybe Johor ?
There are so many toys.. my kids are fully occupied 😂 .. location nearby medini mall & legoland.. 👍 .. Foodpanda reached the apartment. The aircond and water work well. The bed is comfortable. Love it here!
Flat is nice to stay for short period, balcony view is nice...shops are near like 7 eleven, 24hrs, Medini mall, and legoland is walking distance.
but drinking water is issue, No water filter. Miss that.
Perfect place to stay if you plan to visit Legoland and doesn’t want to stay at Legoland Hotel. 7 minutes walk through Medini Mall and Legoland just right there. Friendly staffs and worth the money.

Love the location is near Legoland and there are good choices of eateries walking distance from resort. Love the size of the apartment room is good enough for 5 of us.
5mins walk to Legoland and Mall of Medini. Check in was easy and provisions for luggage storage for early check in and late check out. Selection of toys for kids.
