Very clean unit and well furnished family room for 4 of us. Water dispenser available on all floors. Plus the hote isl equipped with 2 lifts, a plus for elderly. This will be the place for future bookings as it's very nearby to Batu Caves temple and all other amenities.
The staff also never communicate properly and also if we ask anything his answ like so sarcastic ..then don't have towel shower gel nothing..even we jz saw the hotel and can't stay also ask the receptionist refund the money and we left the hotepl

With the price that I got, overall I'm ok with the room. Comfy, not to small, it good. They also have jacuzzi n sauna which is for hotel like this, I'm like ok ,not bad.
AC in the room worked really well and kept us cool. Good location for the rock climbing, Batu caves and within walking distance of loads of great restaurants and cafes.
