The facility is new, modern and super clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The pool area is nice and we've enjoyed it. The location is also great but since we rented a car we just drove everywhere but all were 5 min or less away. The wifi is great. We would come back.

Really beautiful place and a must-see in life! We've enjoyed the restaurants and shops. There are a lot of options of everything: shops, restaurants, hotels, tours. Our favorite restaurant was Tres Sirenas - it was amazing and an event! Highly recommend it but it is pricey.
We didn't find the city very kids friendly: not stroller friendly and lots of party places (which we expected but not in that dimension and it was only end of April).

Most beaches are not swimmable and pretty packed at the few that are. The traffic is horrible so consider Uber rides instead of renting a car like we did. Uber there is excellent. The prices in Cabo were quite a shock from my prior visits years ago. I don’t feel 4 tacos, 3 margaritas, 1 beer and raw oysters should cost $180.00. The area is already overdeveloped and yet the construction continues. Way better spots in Mexico.

Cabo was a beautiful and clean place. The clear blue water and beaches were nice with breath taking views. There were plenty of activities for all age groups. We purchased our activities with Cabo Twin Brothers located on the beach just outside of the RIU Santa Fe Resort. Tony Bologna was was excellent and offered our family the best deals. His wife Dani is also sweet she offers the best beach front massages for the best value. We definitely will be returning.

Beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful place to visit. Be mindful, you will be approached often to attend a time share opportunity. The marina downtown is awesome, if you get a chance take a boat ride. Depending on the time of year, it might be cheaper to choose a boat the day you want to go. We reserved one, but when we got to the marina we were approached with cheaper prices.

Cabo San Lucas is a great winter escape. Warm sunshine, great seafood and fun nightlife. The water at the bay is just right for swimming or just cooling off. Highly recommend the parasailing!
WARNING! Don't get scammed by the Taxico people at the airport. We used booking.com to reserve a taxi from the airport to our hotel. We were greeted by the representative who had my name displayed as we got outside the terminal. He seemed genuine when he said we could book our return back to the airport with him in advance, and after paying him up front he gave us his phone number and a paper receipt with all the info on it, The taxi to the hotel was okay. But on our return date when I tried to call him to change our pickup time the number didn't connect, and even our hotel concierge couldn't get through. Beware of a man named Victor Morgan di Bella. We ended up using Uber X for our return.

We especially liked the climate in January. Very low humidity and high 70's to 80. The view from this resort was awesome. We walked the beach towards the marina and took the water taxi to the arch and back to The Riu.
For people who want to stay in the marina of Cabo San Lucas, this is a good option. The hotel overlooks the marina and many rooms offer great views of the boats below as well as the harbor entrance and its neighboring "mountain." (My room had a great view and balcony.) The hotel pool is good and the breakfast that comes with your reservation is quite good. Unfortunately not all, but much of the hotel staff (except the waiters) is nice and helpful.
Didn't like the room - A view of a wall!! Basin was in the room (not a proper separate bathroom), so noisy if someone was trying to sleep. Not a proper door to the toilet. No beds on the beach, and construction on steps to the beach. Shame. The rest of the hotel looked good. I paid a higher rate for the hotel so expected better.
So we moved out after one day. Moved to the Corazon Hotel (2 doors down the beach).
The staff was constantly cleaning the place which was great to see.
Food was ok, it's an all inclusive. We were told by another guest if we upgraded to the palace the level of food in the buffet is also upgraded.
The entertainment at RIU is always great, they keep the place lively.
There were so many pools so I didn't have to struggle for a beach chair. The pool with the beach view was my favorite.
Food was really good! Typically with All Inclusive's, I expect to be eating average or subpar food but this hotel had great options. My favorite restaurant on the property was the trajinero! Staff was also very kind. Gustavo, working at the Patio restaurant by the pool was the best! He was eager to help my group and always had a great attitude! He was a big part of our trip being so great!
We liked the local atmosphere and traditional architecture style. Very nice staff at the front desk. Security front door of the hotel premises and parking lot after office hours. Lush vegetation in the yard with a small pool and a fountain.
There is complimentary coffee in the morning, complimentary water dispenser for guests, a little library at the front desk.
Location over the road from Cabo marina, Is exceptional. No parking but we parked a five minute walk up the street, which was fine. The owners are very friendly, & helpful, keep the hotel clean. The location is very central to Cabo San Lucas, but since it is in the Marina, it could feel a bit claustrophobic, compared to some resorts by the beach. However, I definitely recommend it.
I chose not to take advantage of the all-inclusive option as i wanted to explore more places in town.
The staff is exceptionally nice and always there to help. Really all people working there are great and friendly. We loved that theres not only pool but also beach access. The food and drinks are good too, so many options and you can get something 24/7. Great hotel!
Everything! Perfect location with the beach and restaurants really close. The hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was a choice off the restaurant menu with coffee and juice all included. So many options and gluten free options also.
Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the place is very clean, the staff is fantastic and the food is delicious, high quality and beautiful presentation. We enjoyed our “all inclusive “ because you can party and enjoy all of the 3 Pueblo Bonito hotels.
The location was nice and clean but remote from ANYTHING else. If you wanted to go to Cabo San Lucas, you will have to take a taxi to do so. There is no walking around anywhere, you're stuck and can only go the neighboring property. Not ideal at all.
The hotel has a beautiful courtyard which our room opened onto. It was a sun trap in the morning.
The proximity to the marina, the beaches, and boat trips was excellent. Everywhere was walkable.
The View was priceless, absolutely beautiful, the location was at the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Restaurants weren't hard to find, and the community welcomed us. Well be back.
For the price and for an economical hotel it was excellent. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel with amenities. However for what it is … you cant find a better hotel.
