This was our 2nd visit to Rega Suites. It is a lovely, clean hotel with great staff, amenities and location. I highly recommend. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Guayabitos.

The beach is the best I have seen in awhile. Flat and packed sand, easy to walk. The water is warm. Getting around is easy. We ate at a couple of the nearby restaurants, pleased with the food. I probably would not go back though, as there is nothing there but the beach.

It is a busy beach town we have visited many time and for the most part enjoyed. This hotel is not as described on booking.com and blame them more than the hotel and the have not even answered our email so will not book with Booking.com again

Even though I went to walk on the beach alone (and felt so safe), I recommend Rincón de Guayabitos to families also. Happy laughter of children everywhere. Good cafés on the street and on the beach; the ones on the beach seem to have limited hours.

We've been there several times, but the last time was 10 years ago and it has really grown. There are restaurants and shops everywhere now, so it's a bit more crowded. We always felt safe and there are many choices for places to eat and stay.

It was an amazing experience.. would definitely recommend.. large selection of activities to do as well as many hotels and restaurants.. beach is very nice, a lot more people than I had imagined. Everyone is very friendly which makes it nice when walking around or buying anything.. the "Isla Del Coral" was definitely a big plus on our trip. Definitely recommend visiting...

Beautiful 2Km beach with gentle waves and warm water. This is the favourite spot for people from Gudalajara so the beach is packed with Mexicans - families, mariachi bands, tuba bands, pushcarts selling everything from sombreros to cocoanut water fresh out of the cocoanut. If you are not up for a fiesta 1.5 Km long, the southern end of the beach past the Decameron resort is where the Canadians and French-Canadians hang out. If you like Mahi-mahi filet grilled in butter and garlic, Tonino's lll near the Decameron is your place for Pescado con Ajo

we liked the location of the hotel - had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the beach/ocean The grounds are kept extremely clean as well as the rooms. the staff were very friendly and extremely supportive when we were needing some help due to illness.
We enjoyed watching the many families taking part in the organized activities by the very exuberant recreation director
this resort is supported by many Mexican families on vacation and a few "gringos" who come yearly. there is entertainment offered most evenings.
The location was great and within a safe walking distance to downtown and shops along the way. If you like character of older hotels, it has its own eclectic charm that isn't found at the newer Decameron hotels in the area. It was kept very clean and tidy by staff, who were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms up at the 'adult' section were very spacious and had a lovely view. The pool area in the adult section had lots of available chairs daily, so there was no stress to claim enough chairs for 6 adults.
I have been travelling around Nayarit, Mexico for two months with some friends. This was by far the worst accommodation that we have stayed in. We all agreed on that once we left. I cannot think of a single nice thing about our two night stay at Posada El Balcon. The only reason we didn't leave or switch hotels after the first night was because one of my friend was not feeling well on our second day, and didn't have the energy to move hotels. Do not stay at this hotel!
We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and the beach without being too close to the noise. The courtyard was really nice to enjoy dinner or drinks in a quiet atmosphere. The pool was small, but very refreshing and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always attentive. But they also respected our privacy so they let us know they were available, but did not bother us.

Old classy hotel at one time.. Has been weathered over time but it was wonderful to imagen how marvelous this place was in her prime, furnishings, lobby and patios still function and the staff was very helpfull..
This was our 2nd visit to Rega Suites. It is a lovely, clean hotel with great staff, amenities and location. I highly recommend. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Guayabitos.
The rooms have a kitchenette and dining area. There is plenty of space. The location is good because it is very close walking to the beach. They have a parking lot just for their hotel.
you feel very safe at night.. beautiful plants every where, close to beach… wonderful pool. easy to walk everywhere. Staff were nice and helpful. and excellent for families with pets.
good value for what you get. our room was right beside reception so we didn’t see much of the whole hotel since we were just there for one night. there was hot shower.
Nice people working there. As helpful as they could be with little resources at their fingertips. Decent shower with hotish water compared to other places in Mexico.
The service was good, the attention of the staff was ok and the bartenders and the restaurant service was really good. A good place to go with the family.
