Location was awesome! Staff was great especially housekeeping staff… one housekeeper saw that we left one bag in our room as we were checking out and rushed to catch us as we were about to get in a cab. Loved the large balcony facing the waterfront!

We really loved the vibes and colors of the hotel. The facilities they offer are great. We loved eating breakfast in the rooftop kitchen. We also loved the pool. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 1 young boy. I wished we could have stayed another night!

Hotel, Hotel Boutique Rivera del Rio, was close enough to walk to places, had a lovely bar and pool, excellent service. There was a good variety of neighborhoods & things to do with room for more to do, friendly people. I enjoyed walking along the boardwalk, especially in the evenings and nights. Cafe de Artistes, The Blue Shrimp, and Mar Y Vino were all fantastic places to eat. If you're staying at one of the beachfront resorts, most places to eat and go shopping at will be easy to walk to. From Old Town, things are still walkable. You'll be glad you took Ubers and taxis in the hotter months. Uber is reliable, both rides booked in advance and those rides requested on the fly. I'd come back again but perhaps in the cooler months when it will be more comfortable to walk around.

American prices, too much junk for sale, far too many street vendors. Constantly harassing people as anywhere you go. Taxis are plenty and cheap. Nice artwork. Very dirty with garbage piled on the corners. Beautiful sunsets every night.

Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place to visit - in particular the Zona Romantica, where we stayed. The weather was gorgeous, and the ocean was warm. We ate at some great restaurants, enjoyed shopping within easy walking distance from where we were staying, and enjoyed the active night life as well. It's a great place for a relaxing, romantic vacation.

The weather in Puerto Vallarta is amazing. We have been in Puerto Vallarta in 2023 and again in 2024 (10 day trips each year) and the weather is a sunny copy-paste every single day. Make sure to also visit old Vallarta, it has shopping, good food and night life! Nuevo Vallarta is amazing and more relaxing, but there are not as many things to do. It depends what you're looking for!

We only walked around after getting to Centro/Zona Romantica. We were able to walk to several great beaches, amazing restaurants, lookouts over the city, markets, etc. We never got to all of the restaurants and activities that we wanted to do! There is so much!
The sunsets from the malecon are not to be missed!

The ocean front location was spectacular. We sat on our terrace and listened to the sound of the waves. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and walking directly out to the pools. The condo was the perfect size for two people. The condo is very close to a grocery store and several great restaurants. Ubers were readily available and affordable. The bus stop is nearby. We went downtown and to the Romantic Zone several time. Great location for seeing Puerto Vallarta and beyond.
The hacienda side was excellent as it was quiet. however the beach area was not relaxing at all. We were approached by vendors every 5 minutes. The bread in all the restaurants were amazing. It compensated the poor quality of the food. The roof top pool and sushi were superb. I had been to Mexico for the last 25 years and had been to so many all inclusive. There is a reason why this hotel is easy to get at the last minute.
Staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The food was wonderful- options were a bit limited but everything was good. Personally I prefer quality over quantity and that’s exactly what was offered. The sunset restaurant was especially good. The hotel was right on the beach and the attention to detail from the staff to the decor was beautiful.
Super clean, very accommodating, and location was excellent. Pop out on the beach to take a leisurely stroll or watch the sunset from your private balcony. Venture out on foot to grab a meal from many nearby restaurants or enjoy street tacos. The breakfast is served quickly and is quite good. This hotel is where I will stay again if I return to PV.

The hotel is stylish pools are beautiful;) Staff is helpful and kind. Especially Arturo! I definitely recomend it. If i visit Puerto Vallarta again I will choose this hotel again!
Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious & clean. The pool area was very nice. Loved the bartender. The staff was very accommodating, polite and kind. Coffee and fresh pastries in the morning were wonderful. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the romantic zone.
Perfect beach location -- despite being on one of the busiest beaches in PVR, the area in front of the hotel is mostly quiet. Having the palapas on the beach and rotating between ocean, pool and hot tub for a few days was dreamy. Staff does a great job keeping the property running: our suite #5 was exquisite!
The service was superb.
Any requests to the staff were immediately done.
Food was very decent for an all inclusive and drinks were good as well.
The rooms were extremely big and nice, all with sea view and very comfortable.
I can recommend this hotel for couples or families.

Room was adequate and close to everything. Short walks to Island, romantic zone, etc. Just needed a car to get to hotel zone, port, airport, shopping in big malls. It wasn't right on the beach, but not far, and for the price, you can't beat it.
The location was perfect for me as I had family also staying on site. It is a wonderful oasis in the Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Close to a grocery store and the bus stop was just outside of the site which made getting downtown easy.
