We have been to this wonderful hotel plenty of times, and I have to say that the staff and the facilities aré fenomenal, now, the place has it’s years, and it does have some ware and tear, but it’s alive, it’s thriving.
It’s the people, guests, personal, the food the events going on, specially on weekends, we love it. It’s our home away from home.

The best location you can ask for. Didn’t even have to use my car. There’s food alll around there’s a movie theatre tucked away in a mall behind the property loved it.

We were on our way home so we didn't really plan for time in Mexicali. The hotel was very good and safe. We used the google maps app to get to the border. Do not follow this app. It took us to the sentri lane which we had to turn around in. Sentri is for those with special passes. Absolutely no public signs to get you to the general public border crossing line. Town signs were the worst.

The room did not look very clean, the klenex box was used (I have a photo) it seemed like they had taken the box from the trash. I went to search them and let them know I took them. aha and they never replaced it. Just two sizes in the bathroom, hair rinse was born. I think next time we will opt for Fiesta Inn. I have been staying with you for a long time and this is the second time that your service leaves a lot to be desired room 1123

Bathroom has no privacy. I do not understand the logic of having an open bathroom. This was very uncomfortable and the reason for not staying there anymore. The beds, TV, staff and cafeteria are great.

Was worried about my personal safety and the safety of my vehicle and it's contents. These worries proved to be a non issue as the hotel was first class and it's location was excellent in that it is surrounded by new upscale restaurants and other well known hotels. The breakfast was outstanding in that there were several dishes to choose from, all very tasty. The staff were bilingual and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It worked perfectly for me in that I was able to get up early the next morning well rested and cross the border into the US without the long wait.

The seafood restaurants are amazing.
The seafood restaurants are amazing. The pharmacies, which are everywhere, have prescription drugs at lower prices than USA and you don't need a prescription. I recommend Ahorro, because they are a national chain and you can go to their website and check prices before you arrive.
The hotel cancelled my reservation without prior notice. I had a confirmation to pay at the property and a second confirmation for a late check-in. When I arrived at the property, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because I did not pay in advance. I was travelling with a small child and was not able to find a vacancy at another hotel due to ongoing sporting events that weekend. I did not find a vacancy until two hours later at about 2:30 a.m. This hotel should be banned from booking.com.
very lovely hotel in a great zone. lots of stores and restaurants right across hotel. we loved that it is super close to airport. We had a late flight and we stayed in our room until it was time to go to airport. it was a very short 10 min drive. We also use hotel when our flight arrived late in Mexcali. we arrived at 12:30am and slept and had great rest. We will always use when flying from Mexicali
I had an event and the location of the hotel was extremely important for my plans, I’m so glad to be in this property as a guest because of the amenities (piano bar, several restaurants,business center etc ) also the personal were kind, professional and courteous always with a smile and prompt to help, thank you for put up with me!

Location, bathroom, view, size of beds. The hotel is located on a Main Street and the noise level is low which makes it for an enjoyable sleep. Nice breakfast buffet. Underground parking. Has a descent gym.
