A beautiful hotel. It needs some maintenance but overall is really pretty. The staff was kind and the room was cozy. The bathtub was small but comfortable, it had AC, WiFi , and a lot of pillows. I will book here again

Excellent experience. Facilities and staff: top notch. Had a simple breakfast in the dining room and it was excellent! In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Leon is a great city to spend at least a full day and probably two to do it justice.. The historic section is really beautiful and the walk to the art history museum is super neat. We were impressed with the city
Breakfast is good, it has enough variety. They should have the second floor terrace open all week, currently they only open it from Wednesday to Sunday and it is more pleasant to have breakfast, dinner with views of the park than in the living room. The terrace at street level is nice, but not for everyday dining.
The location of the hotel is AWESOME. Everything "around the corner"
I'm thankful for their hospitality that I think that's most important thing. The room looks still new. That's how clean it is.. I stayed other hotels in Centro of León. This was the cleanest. Especially, I liked the view from rooftop that's hunting scenery. I want to be back to stay here when I'm in León.
The purpose of our trip was to go shopping for the local goods at the market, especially the leather goods. We made good use of the property's vicinity to the local goods market - when we had enough carrying bags we would drop them off that the hotel then head back out for another round of shopping.
I paid 350 for 2 nights i tought it was too much till i got to the hotel somehow i got a room in the top floor a jr suite with minibar, snacks and balcony plus I got free breakfast and dinner/snacks free beer and some cocktails defenetly worth it.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station, even when arriving late you dont need to get a cab. Its a great value for the cost, confortable bed, clean hotel and decent sized rooms; just what I needed for a one night stay.
The hotel is a cool old building but the rooms need some TLC. A new shower head would not cost much and would be a much better experience. I did like the old fashioned elevator with the bell hop.
It is a nice hotel with normal price in the overpriced town. I liked the room, patio. Breakfast was good. Hotel was beautifully decorate and close to the center.
