Restaurant was poor. We asked for wine and they took forever to tell us if they had any. I asked for white wine and they said yes and only had a very cheap rose. It was like no one ever asked for wine at dinner. Then in the morning we wanted a pot of coffee delivered to our room. I don’t think anyone has ever asked for room service there. Strange.

Our room was clean, everything in the room works well. It has an amazing view to the Templo Expiatorio. Hotel workers were very kind. The hotel has its own parking place. We could go walking to the downtown and Zona Piel.

In my room, However no call was ever returned. I won’t be staying here, there has to be more respect for people’s belongings that are left behind. It’s a hotel these type of situations happen, and for them not to return your items is wrong.

We were only there to go shopping for the local leather goods. We did go out for dinner at the Sky Lounge. There is lots of visible poverty that makes it a little unsettling at times. Bicycle commuters use the pedestrian sidewalks instead of incorporating with traffic as they should. Risk your life on the sidewalks.

Leon is a great city to spend at least a full day and...
Leon is a great city to spend at least a full day and probably two to do it justice.. The historic section is really beautiful and the walk to the art history museum is super neat. We were impressed with the city
The Radisson Poliforum is a great place to stay in Léon. It is just a short taxi ride from the historic center and the nights are very quiet there. The rooms are spacious, super clean and very comfortable. The service allaround is very polite and helpful with any request. The best was the room service from the restaurant, they prepared vegetarian dishes for us, that were not on the menu and really really good. The Pool is heated, the breakfast buffet has everything you need. All in all a great hotel.
The hotel is beautifully designed and is in a quaint and quiet area in the countryside. The bed was large and very comfortable with ample pillows for the two of us. The hotel room was very clean and quiet and a very good size. There is a wonderful spa on site, which you must pay extra for, but we have used it many times before and is well worth it. Breakfast is included and there was a good selection of traditional Mexican food. The coffee was to die for
Breakfast is good, it has enough variety. They should have the second floor terrace open all week, currently they only open it from Wednesday to Sunday and it is more pleasant to have breakfast, dinner with views of the park than in the living room. The terrace at street level is nice, but not for everyday dining.

This Hotel is just perfect, the rooms are extremely big, I love the desing of the bathroom and the desing and distribution of the room overall, this room just welcomes you with open arms to get a peaceful rest
Breakfast was not Included so we had breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast price was reasonable but we wanted to go sight seeing and didn’t want to waste time. Hotel was great overall.
It is a nice hotel with normal price in the overpriced town. I liked the room, patio. Breakfast was good. Hotel was beautifully decorate and close to the center.
