We really enjoy the quiet elegance of this hotel. The bar, the pool, the restaurant, and the area outside around the pool make it a very pleasant place to be between Hermosillo errands. It also is near the heart of the City, the Centenario district, with many wonderful restaurants and venues. In addition, CIMA hospital, where all of our doctors are, is only a few blocks away. It's a perfect location for us, and we always look forward to staying there.

Everything in easy reach. Staff very accommodating. We had an early departure a half hour before breakfast. Kitchen staff made sure we had our coffee and breakfast early!

As any city, get in the wrong neighborhood and trouble will find you, stick to business and hotel zones your good to go, San Carlos Beach awesome just 50 minute drive south, visible police without being overbearing, very protective of tourist as many Canadians and Americans are frequent visitors.

Plenty to do in peaceful Hermosillo there are lakes and beaches about an hours drive from Hermosillo. I did not see a massive military presence like in other Northern Mexican cities there are some nice restaurants and bars with US style malls with a Mexican flavor.

I didn't know that there was a beautiful beach 1.5 hours away from Hermosillo. I had so much fun at Kino Bay!!! The water had great waves. I really like Hermosillo it is a big city that has it all. Respectful and descent folks.

its hot but the food is amazing. You have to have a Hot Dog and Carne Asada. Especially the Hot dogs by the University. Plus the beach is about 45 min from the city so you get a little bit of everything.

I like it so much , everyone is nice , I’m feel safe, the city is clean, the best is the food machaca con huevo and chilaquiles , I love it, the beach is not so far from hermosillo you should try to go there
The parking area across from the hotel is run down and shabby, but is guarded by a security person. The hotel was dated but marketed well for its antiques and historic location. The staff were super friendly and accomadating, the room was clean and the linen fresh. The television worked well and so did the refrigerator, the internet was difficult to access/figure out. Overall we gave it a 3 star rating as it isn't in the best of condition and was difficult to access for parking and concierge services.
l is excellent. Staff was friendly and very accomondating. We had an emergency and had to check out one day early and the manager refunded us the second day stay even though I asked her not to. Great service! Rooms are very nice. Lobby bar and restaurant are very good. The buffet breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel mexico or the states. Location is near everything you need in hermosillo an not that far from the airport.
The staff is amazing, and understanding. They know you, their friendly and conversate with us. We have been their twice and both times we stayed 3-4 nights and all those night have been amazing. The staff is courteous they will go out of your way to help you in anyway possible and we never got that before at any other hotels so we thank you guys for an amazing welcoming
Grateful for the shuttle pick up from airport. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast, would stay here again. Great value compared to the hotel next door. Restaurant Los Olivos was delicious. Portions are big and shareable. Ordered the Panini and Club Sandwich.
Great boutique hotel with a lovely restaurant and great suites. A little pricey for Hermosillo but it is the best there is in town and you pay for quality. Cheap in comparison to any other holiday destinations. Staff are wonderful and hotel restaurant is great!
Pool was good. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was mostly good. Some staff ignored guests so the supervisors should remind them not to continue this practice. Phone and email communication was poor when confirming things with this hotel.
The staff is super responsive. Especially Mariam and Manuel. They responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. As a former hotel worker myself, it is important for me to know that the staff provides excellent service.
Located in a unmarked coto between Centro and the airport. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Pick up something to eat before heading out to this location.
