We really enjoy the quiet elegance of this hotel. The bar, the pool, the restaurant, and the area outside around the pool make it a very pleasant place to be between Hermosillo errands. It also is near the heart of the City, the Centenario district, with many wonderful restaurants and venues. In addition, CIMA hospital, where all of our doctors are, is only a few blocks away. It's a perfect location for us, and we always look forward to staying there.

Everything in easy reach. Staff very accommodating. We had an early departure a half hour before breakfast. Kitchen staff made sure we had our coffee and breakfast early!

As any city, get in the wrong neighborhood and trouble will find you, stick to business and hotel zones your good to go, San Carlos Beach awesome just 50 minute drive south, visible police without being overbearing, very protective of tourist as many Canadians and Americans are frequent visitors.

Plenty to do in peaceful Hermosillo there are lakes and beaches about an hours drive from Hermosillo. I did not see a massive military presence like in other Northern Mexican cities there are some nice restaurants and bars with US style malls with a Mexican flavor.

I didn't know that there was a beautiful beach 1.5 hours away from Hermosillo. I had so much fun at Kino Bay!!! The water had great waves. I really like Hermosillo it is a big city that has it all. Respectful and descent folks.

its hot but the food is amazing. You have to have a Hot Dog and Carne Asada. Especially the Hot dogs by the University. Plus the beach is about 45 min from the city so you get a little bit of everything.

I like it so much , everyone is nice , I’m feel safe, the city is clean, the best is the food machaca con huevo and chilaquiles , I love it, the beach is not so far from hermosillo you should try to go there
I absolutely adored the beds at the hotel! They were incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The plush bedding and soft pillows made for a truly luxurious sleep experience. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the effort the hotel put into ensuring their guests' comfort. Overall, the beds were definitely a highlight of my stay.
The hotel was clean and pretty and apreciatted but the room was really tiny for more than one person, the breakfast was ok, could bee better needed some proteins like maybe ham or bacon or machaca, the only thing I really dislike was size of the room and the location I went out at night and felt really unsafe and insecure and I’m mexican I known Hermosillo all my life.
Breakfast was far above an beyond any breakfast buffet weve seen in the USA and Mexico (chilaquiles, rajas con crema, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs w ham, eggs w chorizo, flour tortillas, taquitos, pan dulce, milk, natural juices even green! plus coffee and pastries, we didnt spend on bfast all trip!
The staff is super responsive. Especially Mariam and Manuel. They responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. As a former hotel worker myself, it is important for me to know that the staff provides excellent service.
We have stayed here many times. We like the location and we like the hotel itself along with the restaurant. The price when booked was lower than what we got charged at the time of arrival. I don't understand why.

Room was spacious and clean. It had queen size beds which can be hard to find in Mexico- they were comfortable. Pool area was nice and it had secure parking.
The included breakfast has some variety and is ok. The hotel overall is nice and comfotable (what you'd expect from this franchise) and the location is great.
