The Malecon was the only pretty area and it only comes alive at night when the sun goes down. Otherwise lots of razor wire on houses although I felt safe walking around. Not an appealing north beach. The zoo appeared to be closed for a while.

You can argue about the place of the hotel in the city. For me it was convenient because I was on my way to Villahermosa. Very cozy spacious room, big bed, excellent bathroom and good view. I had to go on but I would love to stay for another night.
I have stayed here several times, I love this hotel because its very nice, the staff is very kind In the room I have always found everything I need for my stay.In this chance due covid-19 I could see they are following the correct healt protocol
Very clean. Great location. Easy to grab a cab or walk to Malecon. Front entry guard was nice and a secure feeling. Loved being able to park our car inside for safety. Pool was a great amenity. Able to let the dogs outside on the terrace.
The location isn't really close to the main attractions, but is about half way between the central mercado and beach area. Photos look exactly like the hotel and rooms. Nice pool area with palapa with tables and chairs.
The bed is super comfortable as are the rooms. love that shower! it’s a solid business hotel. easy and efficient. We were there one night, driving across country, and they took good care of us.
There's improvement on hotel to accommodate international guess by hired more hotel staff that can speak English. Rooms are maintained in good condition even after two years I came back here.
