Much of the staff spoke English, who were very accommodating. Very Good food/Great Chef. Room was very nice though bed a little hard. Water bottles in room. Best Thing was server/handyman Romeo. He was so very friendly and welcoming.

I love the quite and calmness of the city in the centre and is beautiful. The people is very calm and polite. I recommend people visit La Feria de San Marcos during the day because at night is very crowded and visit the Museums and assit to the plays in the Theatre is a wonderful experience and also buy the deshilado clothes, is a beautiful technique and the clothes made that way are extraordinary. In San Marcos Fair you can also try the traditional dishes and beverages of Aguascalientes or the typical candy from there. Calvillo also has traditional dishes thought is not in the city and is less populated. Always check the weather thought specially in winter and summer and travel day if you dont know the places you are visiting or if you go alone just as precaution. Overall the city is calm but the part I love is the centre because you can really know the place and walk and know very interesting people from different walks of life both nationals and foreigners. What I don't like is the gated communities in the North and South because their are mainly for people with cars and to get there walking is very lonely so I dont advise stay there specially if you travel by night, alone or with limited resources.

In Puerto Vallarta for the winter, here to visit a friend for the second time in 3 years. City is vibrant, clean and offers cultural activities not available in PV such as Live from the Met opera (Handel's Agrippina) and a classical music concert by the very capable 90 musicians of the Aguascalientes State Symphony Orchestra, both the same weekend.

Aguascalientes is like no other.
Aguascalientes is like no other. Charming, full of history, and culture. The city is so clean and the people are exceptional. i love strolling the streets and exploring something new. Can't wait to return to expolore some more.
I like that it is closed to the civic center, restaurants, etc. The place is ideal for a couple with 1-2 kids because the main bedroom (and only bedroom) does not have a door for privacy, and the other bedroom is actually the lobby with a couple of beds disguised as sofas. There is no stove, so do not count on eating in, just warming up food in the microwave. No washer or dryer in the facilities. It is nice to have private parking. The hosts were great. We would stay there again only if not traveling with a couple of friends.
Very nice hotel! Clean, staff was very courteous and friendly. I was there with my 2 yr old and my husband. My other option was to stay at the Marriott but it was almost double the price than Hotel las trojes, definitely a great deal. Good prices and the hotel is very nice. The restaurant was great, loved the breakfast buffet! Would definitely recommend. Across the street is a shopping mall and lots of good restaurants, great location.
Very affordable prices with nice and spacious rooms, which by the way the bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing with excellent customer service and the hotel is in a very good location very close (walking distance) to the downtown area (Centro)
We stayed for a week and the free breakfast was very good. They changed it slightly each day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lovely garden area which was a pleasant surprise.
that it was just what is needed for a traveler who just wants a clean room and hotel to sleep and get back on the room. it was also very economical. if you want lots of amenities, this is not for you.
