The beds were so large and comfortable! The staff working were also absolutely fantastic. Hassan was the receptionist and he was more than accommodating and always had a smile on his face. Soufiane and Salah helped us settle in and served us the most wonderful breakfast which consisted of foods that locals would eat to break their fast.
Absolutely would recommend this location especially if you are looking for a great night to stay before heading to Merzouga : )
Incredible friendly and professional service from the manager Mr Abdelghani and his excellent team. We had a lovely stay here recuperating after a night in the desert. So nice to have an actual bath, not just a shower. A fabulous buffet for dinner with very courteous service from all the wait staff. The hotel itself is lovely, with good use of pretty lighting in the evening and nice plants.
the staff was very warm and welcoming. We had a very early flight on check out, the staff went out of their way to provide us with fruit, pastries, yogurt and milk because we left before breakfast was served. Staff and management were very accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. a great experience!!
The house manager, Mustapha, makes this hotel special. He welcomed us and did everything he could to make us comfortable. The kitchen produced traditional food to a high standard and even created a birthday cake one evening which was accompanied by a traditional Berber musical serenade.
Masandola is an excellent boutique hotel with all of the amenities to include hammam, indoor and outdoor pools. 12 rooms and 4 suites. Just the right size for pampered seevice. The staff were exceptionally attentive. We felt like royalty at the Palais. Would definitely return
Great place to stay. We really enjoyed our day-off in our travel schedule. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It is a bit out of town, so we had dinner at the hotel. Both nights is was very good. Wifi worked very well in our room.
