The room was spacious and on the floor I requested. We were able to park in the lot, though there is not much parking available. The breakfast was SUPER - lots of choices. The staff was friendly and engaged, trying to be helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family of four (two young children - ages 6 and 9). The family room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good value for money - absolutely delicious with lots of options. The location of the hotel cannot be beat! You can easily walk to the main sights within Liepaja, but you are also steps away (3-5 minute walk) to the beach and to a beautiful big park (that also has a very big playground for children). The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly as well - very helpful and also very warm and friendly. There are also little areas around the grounds of the hotel for guests to sit and relax, plus there are a few small play structures that our kids enjoyed thoroughly. The hotel also has a Food/wine shop located just down the street with high-quality products from the area, as well as an incredible selection of Georgian wine that you cannot easily find in the rest of Latvia. There is a sommelier on staff at the store as well who can assist you in choosing some to suit your tastes. Would highly recommend this hotel, as well as checking out the little shop down the street.

It has an interesting history, but to be honest there is not a lot to do or see in the city other than the derelict costal forts, post war rebuild is mostly industrial/commercial so there is very little "old town" left, I went off-season so most tourist sights were closed. I suspect in tourist season my view of the town would improve. There is a lot of potential in the north part with military history and a lot of grand buildings that have been left to ruin or ruined by soviet style concrete blocks. Needs sympathetic rejuvenation. Worth a visit but not a prolonged stay.

Liepaja is a "hidden gem" of Latvia! It has a wonderful, relaxed vibe. Food everywhere was delicious and fresh. The people seemed much friendlier than Riga. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect spot to spend a few days. There are also plenty of nature excursions to do in the area.

My favourite places: market, beach, before beach is excellent walking parks, good restaurants and a lot more things to do. We didn't enjoy the roadworks. A lot roads are closed, a lot traffic jams. We recommend to visit Liepaja City!!!

Liepaja has grown on me during my 2-day stay. It is a charming small city with lots of houses that have historical characters and special architecture. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very long shoreline.

I love the warmth in the eyes of the people I've interacted with and those I've met on the street and crossed our eyes.
I like the mix of cultures living together.
I love the contrast between old and new that can be seen in the constructions.
I like that families have at least 2 children each, they are beautiful people in face and soul!
Very nice and cozy apartment located 5 minutes walk from beautiful beach.
In the apartment you can find almost everything you need plus some extras which you dont need yo take from home.
There is very long but but narrow balcony where you can spend your evenimg with glass of wine.
Neighbourhood really calm. Parking available in front of the building.
Host take care a lot to have good connection before travel and during check-in and out.

Good location. Close to the park and the sea, to the center. The owners have provided the common areas with a lot of helpful instructions. The design and setting of the hotel has a modern, innovative approach. The room was of two parts, compact sleeping area and small anteroom with extra chest of drawers, a bed, a table with 2 chairs and TV set. We did not meet staff, as it's self check-in hotel, but I spoke with them over the phone and they were quite friendly.
Absolutley outstanding approach to architectural heritage of Liepaja. Apartment house is old, beuatifully and delicately renovated villa with proffessionally adopted interior desgn. Apartment is modern and comfortable, you have everything one might need, and together with that a touch of hystoric style is sensible. That was the basic reason I wanted to book my stay there.Thanks to the owners.
We enjoyed our stay, the house AND the yard! The location is perfect, close to the sea, supermarket, bus/tram stations , not far from the center and central park. The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything needed. The host VERY polite and ready to help. I used to live in Liepaja and being here like a tourist I can say this place is everything you need !
It's a very cozy accommodation, with spacious rooms and upstairs bed that is extremely appealing to kids. Also, the availability of the kitchen made the visit with a kid much easier to manage. We enjoyed every bit of our stay, and it seems that if we are to visit Liepaja again - this is the only option that we would consider as a place for accommodation.
