This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Kazakhstan. Although it is a three-stars, it exceeds many four-stars. Pricewise, it is great. Evertything in the room works well, the TV, internet, the lights, the heating. There is a cafe and bar in the hotel. The room is very clean and the sheets, towels are spotless.
The location is excellent. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants around.
Wow, really didn’t expect a hotel this good for that price! The room has everything you need and not only is everything working fine, it also looks decent and relatively modern. The best budget hotel I have stayed in in this region. Few minutes walk to the train station. 24/7 reception, fast laundry service at a fair price, they sell snacks and drinks. Flexible with checkout time.
We stayed here because there was no hot water in city center. The photos are genuine. We stayed at 2nd floor room, it was clean, well maintained, comfortable enough, you get the towels (but we used our own just for precaution), since this is not 4* hotel etc. Personnel was nice enough, agreed to late check in and check out also, a bit sleepy on opening the gate but really OK
We had a wonderful experience staying at La Rosa. We got to the hotel super early and were able to check-in without a problem. So this was a big plus. The staff is really helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

Amsterdam hotel was the appropriate solution. Well situated and easily accessible from the airport. Within a walking distance of the city center, restaurants, and the park. Rooms are comfortable and size-wise, large.
