We enjoyed the hotel a lot, it’s very conveniently located near the aurport. We had very comfortable sleep and enjoyed the pool a lot. There’s also a convenience store, souvenir store and a restaurant there. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest: if you can change the entrance to the pool to be valid for the whole day, not just the one-time entrance. Otherwise, great!

Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.
The most obvious advantage of this hotel is its location. Everyone who stays there only does so to get to the airport quickly the next morning. The shuttle service to Narita Airport works perfectly. The room had three quite large and comfortable beds - however, it was already quite full (but not unusual for Japan). The good pillows are particularly positive. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was very varied (the croissants really great!) and well organised. The management of the suitcases sent there in advance worked perfectly.
The best thing about this hotel was that is was located near Narita Airport. The 2nd best thing was the price. The lobby is very elegant and there was a convenience store there also. The room and property was very clean. The room size was actually very decent and not confining at all vs. the rooms in the city. The staff was great. Security was great- room key needed to access upper floors. Perfect place to stay if you do not want to hassle with the 1 hr + commute into the city when you arrive jet lagged.
Simple, clean and pleasant little hotel near the Narita stations, which connect directly with the airport and within walking distance from restaurants in the city. Glad I stayed here instead of the hotels in the airport area - those might have had a shuttle service but then in the evening you would not have been able to walk around, instead I walked to a very nice meal and a sense of the Saturday night vibe in town. Very nice breakfast in sunny common room.
I like the quite and cleanliness of the Hotel. It's not close to the Narita but they provide Free shuttle to the Airport, Narita Station and Aeon Mall which is great! Their facilities like pool and gym are very usefull when I had a free time. They also have a 7/11 on the ground floor which is convenient. They provide complementary use of the Yurakujo Spa. My 2 day stay at International Resort was a blast. Thanks!
Huge hotel, 8 min drive to airport. Shuttle buses to airport or to Narita town were good and free. Room was very well equipped, clean and well decorated. Coin laundry worked efficiently. Had everything you would want for an airport stay. They kindly stored our large bag for a month while we travelled around which we really appreciated. Family Mart in the lobby well stocked, very convenient.
The hotel has a great shuttle service from the airport AND a free shuttle service into town which was great because Narita is a really cute Japanese town. The bathroom is nice and large as is the room. It's a much nicer place to stay than Tokyo. They helped get my bags to my room. They have a Lawson convenience store in the hotel which is great too. Loved the free and easy wi-fi.
Without a doubt, the advantage of the hotel is the transfer to and from the airport as well as the transfer from the hotel to Narita Station, from where you can easily get to the center of Tokyo. The room is spacious and of course, perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable. So, being in transit, the hotel is worth of recommendation.

The hotel looks a little outdated, specially the bathrooms, but we did not mind it as our stay was short.
The Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is spacious and well appointed. The dining room offers both an a la carte or buffet style dining experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Staying at this hotel was the perfect way to end our holiday in Japan.

Easy access direct from Narita airport using hotel shuttle bus. Lovely room, restaurant wasn't open but convenience store in hotel had a great selection of hot and cold food for reasonable prices.
It's our second time staying here, and we love it! We also love the breakfast here. This will now be our go-to hotel every time we have to stay closer to Narita airport to catch flights!
