It was spotlessly clean and new. Feels like I inaugurated the room. The room is comfortable with all you need. Bus stop & Kujo station around the corner. The station conveniently has an elevator for the heavy luggage. It's not walking distance from attractions but they're

Big Bed clean and comfortable but not lot of space to put our luggage 3 of us in the room, washing machines was ++ great location about 5 minutes walking to train station and 7/11 close by lot of restaurants around

The room, although small, was comfortable, was well planned, and had a nice ambiance (tatami mats, soft purple headboard, and a sliding shoji screen window cover.) The tub/shower was a good size. We had daily towels, water bottles, a plastic bag for used towels, and bag for garbage. There is a laundry facility downstairs. There is also an attached restaurant, Il Chianti, where we had one of the best Caesar salads we’ve ever had. Very easy access
to buses. Access to a very large covered shopping mall across the street (tourist & other shops). It also has several hidden small shrines to visit. Walking distance to a shopping district. A grocery store around the corner as well as pharmacies, restaurants, & small specialty shops. The location is ideal.

The room is very clean, and has both a shower and a bathtub.
The hotel is centrally located, very close to Kyoto station.
There is a large gym, spacious public hot tub and sauna.
Excellent breakfast, but relatively expensive compared to similar hotels (3,500 yen per person).
The owners were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean!
The only confusion was that the description on Booking.com states that breakfast is available, it doesn’t say that you pay extra for it. I also paid for towels. If I understand correctly the coat is then deducted from the room fee but it really wasn’t clear.
