Carpets in the rooms were very dirty with black stains . Two elevators are not enough for this hotel especially when staff are using them from 08.00 to 16:00 and the waiting is unacceptable for guests. Also why do elevators stop at floor 02 every time?
Location is near restaurants, and near the ferris wheel where you can see a bird eye view of Sapporo. Hotel is near Odori Station.
Our bedroom has a washing machine. Very convenient.
The buffet breakfast spread was good.
