Outstanding service and hospitality! Even helped us with transportation to Atami station even though it’s only 6 minutes walk (we had some big luggages). Owners are very friendly and property is comfortable and clean.

Disliked · Arrived at 430pm there was 1 car on the parking lot- seemed like they weren’t busy at all. Walked in the room and- Spiders and bugs crawling on the walls and floors. Room was dusty like nobody has been there for months. There was dirt and fingerprints smeared on the glass window balcony door. I have been to other Japanese style hotels as I live in Japan, but this was disgusting. I wasn’t gonna chance my 3 year old one to get bit or infected especially in Covid-19 times. Had booked the room for two nights we stayed barely 2 hours and left.
