I loved how clean the property was. Everything was consistently clean and hygienic. From the elevators, onsen, rooms themselves, and the lobby. The hotel is kept in great shape. I would also say the workers have absolutely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Very close to a subway line which is 1 stop from a major transfer station. Lots of local food near by as it’s near a lot of offices. Loved how close we were to the government building observatory (free), shopping (mega don quiote), and a park.

i liked the experience of the capsule hotel. i always wanted to try it. it was great. the communial area was fantastic. the beds were amazing. having a bed move to wake me was awesome.
