Excellent location. An easy walk with large bags from the train. Brilliant location if you are heading to Naoshima island. Sea view rooms beautiful. Well appointed room, pillows fantastic . Great breakfast and dinner at both restaurants lovely. Staff fabulous. Definitely would recommend. Also have bikes for hire.

Great hotel, super clean, great Italian restaurant attached (book ahead), good location (Benesse just a 5 min cycle away). Hotel can liaise with bike shop at the port and which means you can leave your luggage at the bike shop as you get off the ferry and get cycling while they deliver it to the hotel later. They were also happy to collect the bikes once we left from the hotel. All super easy.

This hotel was nice and conveniently located to catch both the island bus and the free bus to the museums. Our room was a traditional japanese type and it was really nice, spacious and clean. Had an amazing view of the ocean which was great in the mornings. We also booked a BBQ they offered us and it was awesome!
