The room was again spacious and brightly lit, which is always a plus for me as it creates a more welcoming atmosphere. Loved our stay at Westin Osaka. The location as perfect, we could even see the Westin sign from the train station, and such an easy walk. The greeting was so warm, the room was so comfortable, loved the reading chair and desk with 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable, the view was beautiful. The shuttle back to the station was an added surprise. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Spotlessly clean. The single room was small like 17sqm but very well organized and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too! Also the staff were nice and helpful.
