location was very good-- right inside the shin-osaka station, it can be a bit tricky to find the right entrance since it's a bit secluded, but overall very convenient! staff was super nice and helpful, amazing service!

Location is superb. Very near Shin Osaka station and right next to Umeda sky. Staff was courteous. Our corner suit had a very good view of Osaka.
