The location, facilities and staff are top notch. Takes Keikyu line (京急線) to - Shinagawa Station (品川駅) from Haneda Airport and walk cross the street from Shinagawa Station and you are there, so convenient. There is a lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel and most of them closed at 10 pm. But also, there is a 7 eleven next to hotel. it always packs with customers specially after 10 pm every night.

I was traveling for 4 nights for an exhibition and business meeting. It is a great location where you can walk to the Big Sight exhibition hall within 10 minutes. I entered the country using Narita, and there is a shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel's main entrance, which is really convenient. There were also many Tokyo Disney tourists.
Ours Inn Hankyu is located in the Shinagawa Ward district in Tokyo, 2.5 mi from Oedo Onsen Monogatari and 2.7 mi from Fuji TV Odaiba. Oimachi Station is located a minute's walk away.

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
