The staff was very friendly and they helped us with all the inquiries we had, like arranging the service to send our luggage to the next destination. Everything! The reception staff welcomed us warmly, we also reserved japanese breakfast and we’re muslims so they were very cooperative and they had the best japanese breakfast we had in japan. The location is perfect as it is a walking distance from higashiyama. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to kyoto

New modern building in a great location. Above a convenience store, 2mins walk to a lovely little cafe, and 3mins to some of the beautiful Gion streets. Only 5 mins to the trains busses. Great bathroom & very efficient washing machine.
