The hotel is in an amazing part of town, American Village. Lots to do for families and couples. The rooms were really spacious and there was a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There also is a bathtub and shower combo.

The location was close to my son's home and the seawall which made it perfect. So many restaurants and shops near by. The staff was very nice. We loved the shower, the bright lights in the room and the staff. The beds were comfortable.

The location of this place couldn't be better. You step out the front door and you are on the beach. Also right in the middle of everything American Village has to offer. Plenty of places to eat and shopping! The hotel is very clear and comfortable. The breakfast is very healthy and fresh. Assortment of offerings that is different everyday. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but there is a great bathhouse 3 minutes away that has a variety of pools, hot baths, sauna and others offerings.

Wonderful stay! The only draw back would be the noise late night (motorcycles) and morning (aircrafts). Very close by to nearby restaurants and convenience store. The room was spacious and amenities are more than enough! Would recommend this location unless you are a light sleeper!

I expected a beach area with a south pacific vibe. Instead it was a theme park. We couldnt use the beach that the hotel overlooked because it was closed and had to walk 2 beaches over. Very disappointed.

Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family...
Chatan is an ideal location for people visiting family members in the military. It's very close to most of the bases, and has a wide selection of hotels. There is public transportation, but It's very walkable (in most areas). We felt very safe walking around. The America Village there has lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There were three or four beaches that we saw.

However the sunset is exceptional and the restaurants are on the beach so you can get an excellent view.
American village sort of reminds me of a cross between Disney and Vegas.

There were a lot of things to see and do in the area. The food at nearby bars/restaurants/eateries was fantastic. Araha Beach is beautiful to spend time at, and there is a lot of exploring to be done.

Great destination for any travelers. Lots to do. Including Jimmy’s pie shop! Yum. A&W chili cheese fries and root beer floats. American village and lots and lots of shopping and a big movie theater. Go. So nice rain or shine.
The room we were checked into was very large for the price that we paid and had a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, a large TV, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large as well and had a big tub. The hotel provided clean towels and bottled water every morning for no extra charge and you could leave towels by the door to be exchanged without being disturbed. The hotel is also within walking distance of a beach, the sea wall, and many great restaurants.
Generally everything was good. However, there was one amenity, which was very special. There were easy-to-use washing machines and dryers in the hotelrooms! And the hotel provided liquid detergent free of charge.
Had I knew it in beforehand, I had saved space in my luggage a lot. This is an excellent service in the place, where the temperature is constantly over 30 Celsius degrees, and the humidity is high, like it is in Okinawa during summer months.
The rooms are very nice, with a queen bed, sofa and really big TV and refrigerator with freezer. Very nice for the price with free coffee and soda machine in the lobby. Can't beat the big shower and tub and definitely the all in one washer and dryer combo in the room. I stayed at this hotel the whole three months I was in Okinawa. Very nice Hotel and helpful Staff
The location is awesome, walking distance from all you could need (conbini, sea, restaurants and tourist attractions like American village), and you can rent a car ti drive around the island.

A kids friendly hotel located at the super convenient spot with many restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby. The swimming pool is clean, perfect for kids. They also prepared kids amenities in the room which is so caring. A definite yes if we want to stay again

We forgot our son’s beloved blanket and after a week of searching high and low, I called the hotel. They had it saved aside, folded in a bag, safe and waiting for pick up.
Nice spot, primarily a coffe spot/brunch/lunch/dinner place with the sleeping area in the back. Can louge on the terrace and area as it's part of the hostel. Laid back vibes, okinawa style, nice welcoming staff, no fuss, cheap and chill. :)
It’s was clean and spacious and in a great location right next to the Chatan sea wall with lots of yummy local restaurants. Close to American Village as well. The staff was very quick to respond and helpful when needed!
The area is truly amazing, not too far away from Naha in car, and has something special in the architecture.

First time choosing a hotel within America Village. Great location and a Lawson's connected to the first floor, just off the elevators. Easy to get to, wonderful view, and a comfortable bed.
Good place near Sunabe wall and walking distance to American village with all restaurants and shopping areas. Big super market not far, unfortunately 24H convenience shop is pretty far away.
The hotel is directly next to the ocean and a walkway that goes along it. All the rooms except one face the ocean. It's quiet at night, but during the day people are walking by and surfing.
The view from the room is amazing. Nice terrace on the rooftop, but the pool is really small. Hotel provides free bicycles which is useful if you don’t rent a car
