It’s centrally located, already a plus; the mattress was firm, multiple pillows of different thicknesses, the water was hot. But the best thing is the staff, who are friendly and solicitous and so very helpful, in Italian or in English.
the food was amazing at the restaurant . the location was also in the center of vidiciatico ( perfect to the fact that it was close to the sky lifts). Federico was super nice. We made the wrong reservation via booking, and he still made us a pay “extra” for the child , instead of the adult. I highly encourage going here .
we also left out luggage in the hotel room, the day we checked out ! def. coming back here next year
Reception works 0-24, which was great as we arrived at 02:00AM. Check in was fast and simple. Staff is very kind and alltoght hotel is a little bit older, it is very well maintained and everything works
